A good store, you can pick up the floor covering quickly and without unnecessary talk. I have not noticed any problems more than once. I was also pleased that you can return-change unused components when ordering skirting boards.

Definitely not recommended. On the advice of the seller, we bought laminate flooring. They were brought in tattered bundles, one board was smeared with oil. When laying, it turned out that the laminate is of poor quality. I contacted the seller and sent a video with defects. In response, I received the phrase : you just don't know how to lay this laminate. And the video: where a man famously folds 4 boards of another laminate. I think that everyone who has laid laminate at least once understands that it is possible to judge the quality of laminate after laying two or three rows and not boards. As a result, the laminate was handed over. They did not accept the boards they laid. He blamed the master for everything. Then the hands don't grow out of there, then the packs are torn, then the hands are dirty. I've been laying laminate for 15 years. I have never met such a piggishness.

This seller is not a customer, there seems to be a choice in the store on Tereshkova, but sellers go about their business, in the construction market with a better seller, but there are other problems. The warehouse is open only until 15.30, there is an advertisement on the radio that delivery and laying are free, this information is not true, paid delivery and laying. You have to wait for the selected product. We made our own quartz vinyl, we waited for more than two weeks, and then it turned out that there was no certificate. As a result, the selected class and color could not be purchased.

Half of the presented assortment is not in stock, the seller (girl) communicates with customers in a boorish manner, simply puts pressure on older people - forces them to buy what is convenient for the store, and the client does not really need. The terminal is always not working (there is no connection). I had the idea at some point to just leave. I do not recommend it!

It doesn't seem to be bad, but.... The customer orientation and work of the staff leaves much to be desired, you can't wait for a consultant, you can't get adequate advice on the assortment... Yes, and the staff will not remind you about promotions and discounts!!!! which are in the store, the customer must know and remember about them ((((( Even when they have gained a foothold in the market, customers should not be treated like this.... I will look for other options next time.

Покупали в этом магазине кварцвиниловый ламинат и остались очень довольны выбором. Выбирали по роликам в инстаграмме этого продавца и понравилось, что кварцвинил уложен в магазине (т.е. выбрать можно наглядно). Почитав отрицательные отзывы решил оставить магазину свою оценку. Не кармическое расположение магазина, навязывание укладчика, ручная упаковка ламината с браком, который не возвращают, а просто отзыв пишут. Рука конкурентов, видимо, не дремлет. Хорошо, что мы с этим не столкнулись. Удачи вам в продажах. Винил уложен, пока полет нормальный.

Да. Выбор в магазине большой. Но консультант мужчина видимо был не в настроении, чтобы что-то подсказать или продать. Просила подойти несколько раз, один раз ответил, говоря со мной по телефону, другой раз и вовсе не подошёл. Пришлось додумать и угадывать не снят ли товар с производства. Наверное это мне так не повезло, но больше желания нет туда ехать.

Хороший по выбору магазин ламината, линолиума, ковролина. Пару раз покупал там. Есть маленькая, но парковка. Хороший наглядный ассортимент. Не грубят.

Магазин неплохой, но при доставке часть товара была плохо запакованна... и довольно много брака в пачках, то ли несоблюдение хранения, то ли повреждения при доставке... неприятный осадок, не рекомендую

Очень хороший выбор ламината.
Ниже в Витебске цену я не нашёл на наш вариант эггера.
Сделали скидку на объём.
Можно подъехать прямо ко входу в магазин.

Да хороший магазин,но предлагаю скидку и «своего» укладчика. Не рекомендую именно его,т.к. оставил без света соседей снизу на 3 дня, и не брал трубку. Затем необходимо было приехать после установки дверей и установить плинтуса и порожки. Но удобнее же за один раз и на угад... По итогу после установки дверей были сняты порожки и плинтуса возле двери,и это уже ваши проблемы,т.к. деньги вы уже отдали... Вам месяц обещают приехать и сделать,а затем просто не берут трубку. Спасибо и работнику Максиму и директору магазина,который, сказал что это ваши личные проблемы. Никому не рекомендую связаться с непорядочными людьми. Т.к. пришлось искать людей и повторно доделывать. Т.к. за «три копейки» которые будет стоить такая работа, они не поедут. Это ниже их достоинства видимо.
