If it is possible to choose a courier company, do not choose this one. Read the reviews on Google. They lie that they allegedly tried to deliver the goods, but could not, because they allegedly could not get through (of course, no one called). Other users have similar situations. This company has been marking my package as “out for delivery” every day for several days now, only to cancel the delivery each time, claiming the courier was unable to reach me. I’ve already seen other reviews describing the exact same issue, so it seems like providing customers with false information is a standard practice for this company. Moreover, as other customers have mentioned in their reviews, it is impossible to get in touch with a real person to resolve the issue. Their WhatsApp and phone support are handled by a bot, and the email listed on their website is incorrect.
