We had a rest with my husband in the sanatorium Naroch, Narochansky district in September 2025. We chose it based on reasonable price considerations. The attitude towards spa holidays was cautious, the last experience was 20 years ago (in childhood, one might say). Considering the situation in the world, they preferred to stay within their own country. Well, to my surprise, I had a desire to stay longer. The purpose of the trip this time was precisely to relax, not to rush anywhere, not to change locations, not to see 100,500 sights. A gorgeous, beautiful, huge lake is a delight for the eyes. The forest is excellent, clean, green, moss everywhere, hills. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the Naroch sanatorium is the same distance away, but if you take a different road. There is also a beautiful embankment and access to the village of Naroch. Swans, ducks, yachts. Yes, we went sailing, great. Our room was a standard plus. Fresh, spacious, in the main building, I didn't have to walk across the street to the dining room, to procedures, events. Among the disadvantages: there was no balcony in our room, poor ventilation (the windows were fogged up from the inside all the time, the constant need for ventilation, things did not dry). The cleaning was wet, it felt like every other day, and the trash was taken out daily. For the whole time there were 2 shampoos, two gels, liquid soap in a bottle with a dispenser. But we took everything from home, so it's not critical. Meals: customized menu. It took a long time to get used to: little salt, no seasonings, lots of carrots, lots of carrots. Delicious soups and coffee in the coffee machine. Treatments: I liked the pine-pearl baths, my husband liked the massage chair, we bought a cedar barrel and oxygen cocktails. The procedures were more for filling in time, since we are essentially healthy. In general, the choice is not very large. We visited the gorgeous swimming pool in the neighboring sanatorium across the street. I recommend. Events: discos (the selection of music is peculiar, for an amateur, we are not amateurs), but sometimes tolerable. Films of modern Russian comedies were shown. We didn't go. People were watching. Travel agencies sell long- and short-distance tours on a daily basis. We didn't buy it. We went to the Blue Lakes on our own (I liked the Ecotrope ) and the Sediments (very close). In the village of Naroch, they bought hot smoked fish. Very tasty, fresh, not too salty. Will I repeat this vacation? Probably, but in a different place, I want something more solid.

A pleasant sanatorium from the most budget-friendly. Stunning nature, delicious food, friendly staff. The residential buildings are unpretentious, but after renovation. Clear. You can purchase additional procedures at will, very budget-friendly. Some procedures are in another building- Naroch on the coast, the journey takes 15-20 minutes. Attention! The Narochansky coast is located in a pine forest, it is cool in summer and there are a lot of insects, but the air is calm. If you prefer the sun, choose the Naroch building. A 5-minute walk from the sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belaya Rus- you can visit the bar, gym, swimming pool, prices are very reasonable. The residential village and shops are 15-20 minutes away. For its price category, it's a wonderful vacation for body and soul. Naroch is beautiful at any time😍

It was at the end of November 2025. Nature is gorgeous! The rooms are not 5 stars, but they are clean and tidy, there is a TV and a refrigerator, a set of dishes and glasses for all alcoholic beverages (although drinking them is prohibited). The beds and towels were changed every 4 days... The territory is beautiful and well maintained. Exotic animals walk, rabbits, roosters sing at 5 a.m.))) I had no luck with my leisure time, and the hall was renovated... The staff is friendly, although many were ill and lacked hands, but we were never rude, but on the contrary ... Food is a separate topic!!!))) The grannies complained that it wasn't a buffet, but a custom-made meal...and they were supposedly hungry))) I'm a 44-year-old man over 110 kg - I've been overeating! The dishes haven't been repeated in two weeks! Delicious cutlets, meat rolls, zrazy, fish, liver, sausages, casseroles, draniki, snacks ..... vegetables, side dishes, salads... At home, my wife, children, and I don't eat so lavishly and variously!!! Special thanks for the food!!!! Great walks even in bad weather in the woods and near the lake!!! Baths, showers, underwater massages... oh, it was great!!! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay!!! And no matter who says it, but if my wife and I came to have a positive rest, we had a rest!!! Thanks to the Narochansky Bereg team!!! Maxim))) P.S. I was in 5 stars, and I have experience of rest in other sanatoriums, and a decent salary!
