I've been buying necessities here for many years. And the prices were more democratic. than in many others. And the quality was pleasing. And the professionalism of the pharmacists was beyond praise. But just now, in Melitopol, Khmelnitsky 51 was unpleasantly surprised. When buying a jar of vitamins (by the way, I always buy them at this pharmacy), a certain Anastasia, despite the fact that I asked for medicine, as always, from one manufacturer, hurried to punch me the vitamins of another. To my remark that this was not the right manufacturer, she was rude and said that she had already beaten off at the checkout... Then she laughed at my alleged illiteracy, which certainly deserves a lawsuit on my part, and added that they had never sold vitamins from the manufacturer I needed. Although a few days ago I bought them here. Lying, bullying and cheeky illiteracy on the part of this pharmacist require very careful analysis on the part of the management. My conclusions. Either the management of the network considers people to be cattle themselves (such a new policy) or it was an isolated case. In any case, when the opportunity presents itself, I will initiate in competent circles the issue of professional training of pharmacists of this network, violation of the main principle of trade ethics, according to which "The buyer is always right" and inability to convey to the buyer all information about the availability of medicines from different manufacturers. Due to the fact that the latter could lead, if consumed, to an allergic reaction with serious consequences (even vitamins from different manufacturers have differences in technology and different composition, some components of which may be allergens), I believe that this incident can be classified as an official discrepancy and medical negligence. Let the conclusions be drawn by the Ministry of Health.
