I got into a taxi and was unpleasantly surprised that I could only pay with cash. You can not transfer money, especially by card. The dispatcher did not warn about this. You take advantage of the fact that people do not contact the authorized body, but in fact this is a violation of my rights as a client.

I ordered delivery to Rudny via the app. It was written approximately 450tg. And when the driver actually arrived, it turned out to be 4,500 tenge. I called the dispatcher, she says, but I should have called the dispatcher to clarify, like the information in the application is incorrect. So sorry, what kind of information do you have in the application that is misleading, then why use this application if you need to call dispatchers anyway. We refused to pay, and naturally my client did not receive the order. I will definitely not use any more taxi services from Narodny!!!

There's a girl driving a not-so-nice taxi on Logan. She doesn't have a pleasant smell. There's a rude desicher waiting for 40 minutes.

The operators cannot be reached from 6:00 in the morning and after 1:00 at night. The drivers are still rude and behave dubiously. Not a reliable and unsafe trip.in short, I do not recommend it

Terrible service. Taxi drivers who don't know the city at all. We waited for half an hour for the driver, who left in the other direction. The quality of service couldn't be worse.
