Belarusian service in all its glory!!! Ordered a black reusable mask . I called the manager, who told me to come the next day. I arrived at the Silhouette shopping center (as agreed). The store told me that there are no masks ordered at the moment, and they will be delivered in 20 minutes. Okay, I decided to wait 30 minutes. After returning to the store, I was told again that the masks had not yet been delivered. Then I refused to wait, given that the cost of the goods is not cheap, and even the epidemiological situation in the city is bad (it is not advisable to walk for a long time among crowded, unventilated shopping malls now). Everything is sad... Maybe we should treat customers more responsibly?!

I waited 30 minutes and called back again, they told me to wait another 20 minutes. It's already 17.10, and no one has called me back!!! How can you work like this??? I will never order in your store again! And dissuade friends! The service is at zero!
