Terribly simple! They brought me in to change the soles of my shoes. Factory spare seals were provided. They called a couple of hours later, said that these seals would not fit and that they would put their own, so they needed to pay another 30 rubles. When we arrived to pick up the shoes, all the heels were scratched, smeared with glue, and the pads were not only uneven and wider than the heel, but also nailed from the outside, and this nail protrudes beyond the pads!!! And the factory seals disappeared (they took them for themselves). That's how they work, they spoil shoes and deceive people in order to get more money!!!
