There is an indoor pool, an outdoor one (adult and children), a gym, a tennis court, table tennis, a good playground in the shade. The hammam and sauna are due to open soon. Massages are unreasonably expensive, they did not cause much delight.
The food is like in a good dining room, without frills and special variety. We went to the Nart restaurant- it's expensive, but the dishes are delicious, you can go once. The cocktails at the bar are so-so and expensive.
There is a strain with water - 1.5 liters are given to the room for 4 days, but you can dial in the dining room from the cooler.
Wi-Fi is available only in the morning and at night.
The rooms are cleaned for 2. Despite the fact that they are cleaned every 4 days, they did not even bother to wash the toilet.
There are not enough sun beds, for some reason they are cleaned at 19:00, which is very inconvenient.
Most of the employees are too relaxed, the service is not impressed - there is something to work on.

We were in Nart a couple of years ago, when there was no pool and spa, we checked the time very mentally.
This time there is a tinge of disappointment.
They took a deluxe room, they gave one blanket for two women. There is a pull-out sofa in the room, on which the rest of the second person was planned.
We asked for a set for the second person, brought only a blanket and a duvet cover, the sheet appeared only 3 days before our departure. Tea and sugar were not reported for several days, towels were changed randomly, according to the principle that remained at the time of room cleaning: so for a few days we had 3 beach and 1 bath, instead of 2+2.
At the end of the rest, they were fed terribly for breakfast: there was no yogurt, no kefir, toast bread was constantly missing, cheesecakes were running out, salads included: salad with carrots (from carrots), beetroot, cabbage... okroshka for lunch with slices of vegetables (lumpy potatoes and other ingredients), wet appliances, glasses with a dirty rim, chipped soup tureens. The waiters grab the half-finished coffee from their hands. There is probably a plus here, dirty dishes are quickly cleaned, it doesn't matter if you finished or not, if you didn't have time to warn, your problems.
The stairs to the beach are not cleaned at all, not only is all the dead, but also all the garbage is lying around, including gaskets.
The most trash in the spa, you come to the relaxation massage service, you get 3900 rubles from the threshold, i.e. you have not received the service yet, but pay quickly. By the way, there's a guy there who's a massage therapist who harasses a woman's body.
It goes beyond the boundaries of a decent relaxation massage. He seems to confuse Thailand with Abkhazia. You come out of such a massage with the feeling that you have been groped in all places.
The elevator in building 1 is constantly breaking down.
At the reception, an adult woman is not at all friendly, and in general, no one there will smile and say a kind word now.
For 200 tr for 8 days for two, this hotel leaves much to be desired. The quality of service is at the lowest level.
In general, the attitude has changed a lot, there is no longer this beloved Abkhazian hospitality, except that somewhere else on the street you can meet an adult Abkhazian aged 60+ who will tell you everything, show you, invite you to visit, treat you with real wine…And so, the Sled is today a prop for high-quality modern recreation.

I really enjoyed my stay in Nart. Cleanliness in the rooms, delicious food, always fresh food on the buffet. Large well-maintained territory, two swimming pools, outdoor and indoor. The first coastline, its own beach. On the beach there are sun beds, umbrellas, beach towels. There is enough space even when the hotel is fully loaded. The sea is the purest. Daily room cleaning, snow-white linen and towels, in general, we really enjoyed the rest. We will definitely return, thanks to the hosts and the hotel staff for a quality stay and attentive attitude to the guests.

So we visited the Nart boarding house. The place is fabulous, the territory is just wonderful, clean, beautiful. The boarding house is family-run, here you will not meet noisy young people, mostly families with children and pensioners. The rest here is certainly amazing, you are fed three times a day, a chic buffet, a choice for every taste. Children are entertained, there is children's animation, for adults there is morning exercises, yoga, aqua aerobics, volleyball and water polo. These are the pros, the cons are extremely few, rather a wish for the hotel, you can put a couple more tables for tennis, the pool is closed very early, you really want to swim in the evening, and there is not enough music. And in the evening, discos or movies on the big screen would be by the way, and so at nine o'clock lights out, thanks to the boarding house for a friendly welcome, excellent service, and Gagra for the gorgeous weather and fabulous nature around.

The three of us had a rest from 29.06 to 3.07. I liked everything very much! The place is amazing, the nature, the air... it's cool that there are outdoor and indoor pools. But here is a wish to extend the work of one and the other for at least an hour. Of course, I would also like shampoos and gels to be given out not 1 for 3 days, but one every day. But these are small things. To each his own. And so the impression of the rest was very good. We lived in the 5th block, the girls at the reception are responsive and friendly. It is a pleasure to walk around the territory. The beauty is indescribable. The sea is clean, but it is necessary to take aquasocks to enter the sea. You can buy it on the spot for 800 rubles. (We bought it in New Athos for 550). The food in the dining room is delicious and varied, it is updated every day, anyone can choose a dish to their liking. (There are only a few first courses, but again for me). There is a playground, tennis tables, badminton, children's animations. There is also a gym, massages. And it's also fun to exercise daily in the outdoor pool with the girl coaches. In general, everyone who saw my photos and videos was delighted, I distributed the coordinates to everyone. We rested in the Nart for a week from November 01, 2023. The choice fell on Abkhazia because of the autumn Wheat, nature and seasonal fruits. The hotel was chosen from the best in Abkhazia, as everyone knows the level of service in general and constant intestinal problems throughout the region.
We were very excited about this boarding house!
The service is very good, attentive staff, the territory is well-groomed, the food buffet is plus or minus the same by choice, but every day something new was added. For example, seasonal fruits, local cheeses, honey, yoghurts, different types of fish, there is a diet table, and everything is incredibly delicious and fresh!
For the food at the hotel, we were confidently calm, eat delicious and as much as you like.
A huge plus is two swimming pools. One warm indoor with an outdoor Finnish sauna. The hamam was in the process of mounting.
The second pool is open on the seashore for the summer season, but in November it also pleased us and, thanks to the good weather, was very popular.
There is enough entertainment on the territory. Billiards, a large and table tennis, a spa with a large number of procedures, a lobby bar and a private tour guide Olga, who can book any excursion without leaving the hotel.
Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, special thanks to the staff. During the week, the bed linen was changed 3 times! Cleaning and changing of garbage daily. We lived in the 5th building, which has not yet lost its graceful appearance after the renovation.
We really hope that the guests will take care of the rooms and inventory, as the Sled gives a head start to many hotels in the Krasnodar Territory and this is a huge pleasant surprise for Abkhazia.

Yes, we did not escape it either, but this is the reason in Abkhazia itself. Everyone is well aware of this. We brought the rotovirus after the tour, where we ate in a cafe on the advice of the guide and where there were questionable tastings.

We had a rest in Abkhazia at the end of August until September 4. We lived in the 1st building (standard room), we were very lucky with the room, there was a view of the sea and the mountains. We arrived at night, in the morning, opening the curtains, I cried from this beauty....The hotel is almost on the beach. Everything is very decent, new rooms, service for 10 out of 10 (there is something to compare, we rested in Spain and Turkey in 5, etc.). Cleaning every day, towels 1 in 3 days (but we changed every day and the maid never refused us))🙏Clean, snow-white linen, nice new furniture. TV, refrigerator. The Swedish dining line. It was very diverse-absolutely for every taste, everything is always hot, I did not see empty trays, they were immediately replaced with full food. A lot (and different) salads, greens, chicken (fried, boiled, baked), pork, beef, fish (different), cutlets, liver, roast, oh, I didn't even remember everything, just a huge variety👍(I'm surprised how people wrote in reviews that there was one and also...)There were mussels, a variety of fruits, watermelon, melon always, dietary nutrition. Coffee machines 3 pcs., delicious compotes, fruit drinks, juice. Soups (5-6 variants), porridges, cheesecakes, etc.......The hall is large, there were no queues more than once, there was always enough space, the officers quickly cleaned the tables. If you are going on an excursion, you are given a container and take food with you, no problem (you only need to warn the reception in advance). For me, the sled is the discovery of Abkhazia. I've been coming here every June since 2009. I really love old Gagra, and this time I decided to settle in a Nart. Over the years, I can say for sure that life in Abkhazia, and in particular in Gagra, is getting better. The main thing is to survive the border crossing). We arrived early, arrived at the hotel, the girls at the reception showed where you can leave your suitcases. We changed our clothes and went to eat at patshu, a restaurant of national cuisine, which is right on the territory of the hotel. The area is amazing! The vibe of rest envelops you immediately. The sea is wonderful. To remember what the Sled was like before is just an incredible change. We had a suite in the 3rd building, wonderful renovation, two huge balconies, furniture (pseudo) rattan. The food in the dining room is very tasty, but like in a very good dining room. And that's fine. There are two restaurants for culinary delights. We went to the Sled restaurant, score 5! The dishes are delicious, aesthetic, the wine is not bad (although, already when it breathed, it seemed bitter at first, they took a Loft to Rose). The reception staff are very responsive ladies. By the way, it is important to note that breakfasts, lunches and dinners are stretched for 3 hours, when the hotel was loaded in the middle of June - there were always free tables, there were never any queues, no battles, nothing like that. A little tar in a barrel of this fragrant honey: 1. Upon check-in, the girl Alla from the reception asked to check the room as a whole and the loading of the mini-bar. I checked diagonally, trusting, but in vain. On departure, it turned out that we were missing 4 items - cola, pepsi, juice, mineral water. We didn't take them, didn't drink, didn't eat, but we had to pay. It is sad that the referee is not sent from the reception to fight with the maid, and it is pointless to prove something to them. In general, there were no spoons, and the sediment remained anyway. I decided not to spoil my departure mood and paid for these missing cans. 2. We booked a room for 3 adults. Everything in the room was for 2 adults, and this extra fuss is annoying. You can also see in advance who, what gender, what age is settling in and how to ensure a comfortable stay for them. It is difficult to separate two duvet covers for a mother and two adult sons. As someone already wrote in the reviews, they save on matches. 3. Dogs on the territory. It's a tinny thing when you sleep the sweetest sleep at night, and then they start barking and whining. Do something with them already. By the way, this is a problem for all resorts at sea. Another comment - I looked at building 5 - there are balconies, no furniture. It's a shame, such views.. But then I realized that it was probably for safety reasons, so that the children would not risk falling. And another important piece of advice - be sure, be sure to take medicines for intestinal disorders with you, rotavirus shifts its season to all early and early dates. He has never been in June, and here for the second year in a row, his stomach is just on the verge. If you treat chacha and adjika well, then OK. Children should always be given something preemptively so as not to lose three days of captivity in the toilet room. Don't wait for you to get sick - just charcoal, smektu, enterofuril for children.

Unfortunately, the children got sick with rotovirus, they did not have time to see all the beauties of this country. The hotel is wonderful. We had a rest in late July-early August 2023. The buildings, restaurants are all new, the pools are clean and warm. The beach is quite large and clean, comfortable sun beds. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and will always help with any question. We really enjoyed it, we will be happy to come back again. The nature of Abkhazia is fabulous, the sea is clean, everything you need for a great vacation from the hustle and bustle of the city. I didn't want to leave.

In general, the hotel is good, clean, well-groomed, cozy, green area. The renovation was done here in 2022, so it feels like everything is fresh. The food is so-so, but who has what taste, for me it's like a C grade. We had rotavirus for a couple of days, had terrible nausea, couldn't eat anything, it spoiled the impression of the hotel. The Swedish line restaurant itself is located on the shore with large panoramic windows and looks promising, but inside it looks more like a dining room, there are no tablecloths on the tables (well, like a restaurant..), the tables are sticky, there are a couple of hygiene issues, for example, sugar in a common cup, instead of individual bags, the plates are wet, apparently they did not have time to dry and so on. I really liked that there was always fresh fruit. To be honest, I like buffets less and less lately, especially in large hotels where there are a lot of residents. If you don't like something in the Swedish line restaurant, there are two restaurants on the territory, one right on the pier with European cuisine, they are well-fed, cozy, beautiful views. The second restaurant on the territory with national cuisine and specific musical accompaniment, in short, who likes thug songs, you go right there))) There is a swimming pool, adult, children's with heated water, the pool area is also cozy and beautiful. There is a playground and animation for adults and children. There is a spa and an indoor pool. Eucalyptus trees, palm trees, cypresses, plane trees grow on the territory, it is very beautiful. We lived in the first building, an old building, but well renovated. But the standard rooms here are very small, there is no bathroom at all, tiny, with a curtain, all the water gets on the floor, so there is a constant swamp in the bathtub. Towels are changed 1 time in 4 days and this is on a beach holiday (!) Well, in the category of suites, they change every day as they should, and for plebeians who were lucky enough to pay for the standard, which is also not very cheap - 1 time every four days. Due to the high humidity, they did not dry well even on the balcony, all the time there was a feeling that you were using dirty towels. We were vacationing with a small child, 2 years old, which further aggravated the situation. It's the same with cleaning - 1 time in 4 days, in short, a cap. The room has a refrigerator and a TV. There is Wi-Fi on the territory, which often did not work, who needed the Internet, went to the nearby hotel (sanatorium) Amra, they seemed to let them in.
I liked the beach, it's nice, it's big, but the entrance to the sea is not very convenient, there are large pebbles. The girls at the reception could have been more smiling and friendly. The impression of the hotel is contradictory. If they had at least changed the food (cooks, hygiene) I would come back here))

Cons: I suggest the Nart boarding house not to stop there and start giving out toilet paper once a week. After all, they give out water once every 4 days. It's a shame to watch how vacationers drag buckets of water from neighboring shops. It would also not hurt to increase the number of dishes in the restaurant, especially cups. People drink coffee and tea from soup bowls. By the way, I would like to warn you about coffee separately. If you are a fan of drinking a cup of coffee early in the morning, you can do it if you bring it with you. There is no coffee in the rooms, there is always a queue at the restaurant for coffee machines (which are running on their last legs and regularly break down). Alcohol is not included. Drinks (even water) outside of the restaurant 's opening hours for money .
The overall impression is not bad, but for the money that is being asked for a boarding house, saving on water and penny bags looks strange.

Our successful stay in Nart took place within 12 days in July with the full sale of the room stock, i.e. 600 guests on vacation without queues anywhere. The Nart boarding house is magnificent!
Old Gagra
A place for an amateur or a connoisseur, but there are at least 3 advantages: a historical place, a resort just 25 km from the border; green mountains descending directly to the sea create a wonderful theatrical setting for your vacation, and there are still clouds and gliders flying in them; because of the close mountains and location in the bay here its own microclimate, and in case of heavy rains, the water immediately flows into the sea and there are no large floods.
Territory, buildings, rooms
The territory of the boarding house is large, beautiful, well-groomed, green, but not dark, stretched along the sea along the 1st line. Palm trees, eucalyptus trees, coniferous trees are all around, something is blooming, something smells (laurel?), the paths are lined with expensive tiles, there are a lot of zones for photo shoots, where do you want to start or not. Because there is no map on the site, then here in more detail: if you look from from the sea, then from left to right, along the embankment – a wide, non–bathing, glazed, air-conditioned pier with two restaurants (Swedish line and a la carte/ paid/); 1st building (historical) facing the sea; 5th building (new) with reception facing the sea; 2nd the building and a shady playground behind it; the 3rd building (suite); an outdoor swimming pool; an Abkhazian cuisine restaurant in the form of separate huts (paid) and the 4th building behind it; a SPA building in the depths of the territory and a tennis court behind it.
Each building has its own plus, but only the 5th has its own bar, expensive white sofas and tables made of stone in the lobby, outdoor panoramic mirrored elevators and a public balcony on the 8th floor with direct sea views for those who do not live here or below, but want to take pictures of everything from above.
The rooms are large enough, everything is new, most have balconies with views, carpet / parquet on the floor, very high-quality bed linen (change 1 every 3 days), kettle, drinking water (replenishment as linen), soap, shampoos (as water), toilet paper and conscientious cleaning (daily), safe (not screwed on, it is convenient to take out everything at once), central air conditioning (depends on voltage surges).
Food
The buffet restaurant is conveniently and originally located on the pier – breakfast (07:30), lunch (12:30), dinner (17:30), 2.5 hours are allocated for each meal (which is convenient), the buffet is replenished, but cools down, without delicacies, but tasty, sound and high-quality, there is a large selection (except desserts), a lot of minced meat dishes, but there are also lumpy meat, fish, a large selection of vegetables, fruits. It happens here, especially at breakfast, the only queue in the boarding house is for two coffee machines with coffee beans. They clean, wash the dishes, wipe the tables too quickly, but thanks to this there is always an empty table, plates and utensils. For those departing on excursions, the restaurant provides lunch boxes.
There are also 2 more restaurants – "On the pier" and "Apatkha", on the menu, with musical accompaniment in the evening.
Beach and pools
The hotel has its own promenade and ten steps down to its own long beach. Beach towels are provided in the rooms. A swimming area fenced off from motor vehicles, two meters from the shore is not yet deep. There are a lot of umbrellas, large and small, high–quality comfortable sun beds with a canopy over your head in the zone of sand predominance, plastic sun beds in the surf zone with a predominance of pebbles, the entrance to the sea is a large pebble, the exit is only in slippers, you will not be able to dive as at the entrance. You don't need to borrow anything in advance and don't be confused by people doing it at 6 a.m. Changing booths are as usual, but the shower is unexpectedly circular. An employee (lifeguard?) is on duty at the beach. There are outsiders, they are without bracelets, without sunbeds and with their own towels, beautiful in the evening at a children's disco.
Swimming pools:
The first one is open, heated, solid in size, with a separate shallow area for the youngest. There are enough umbrellas, sun beds on the sand, you can not smoke and drink from glass. The shower was unexpected again – with a hot water tap.
The second one is closed, heated, large, in the SPA complex, with access to the terrace of the 2nd floor with wicker round sofas and armchairs with canvas fabric for relaxing in wet swimming trunks.
A hotel employee is on duty everywhere.
SPA complex
Everything is new, expensive and promising in terms of providing all-season services, its polite reception, staff, treatment rooms, soft halls, a chic gym with an instructor, showers, saunas and a Turkish bath (this is perhaps the only thing that does not work yet, but already looks rich and tempting).
Service and staff
Abkhazia is a very hospitable country, hospitality is their religion and you are really welcome here, sometimes in a special Caucasian way. But the concept of Service is not very typical for Abkhazia due to the state of mind, the consequences of war, sanctions and the difficult economic situation. And finally, ordering snacks and drinks with... delivery to the beach or to the pool is welcome! I.e. Briefly
Gagra has been through the water twice and, when viewed from the sea, the Sled has the best territory/beach ratio. Nearby is the sanatorium "Amra" (former XVII-th party congress), an expensive place at least in terms of the composition of vacationers, but the Sled is more modern, better on the beach, in terms of the outdoor pool, the size of the rooms and the updated hotel stock. But Amra is ideal for walking (the territory is an arboretum with squirrels), there is a pharmacy and an ATM, and the restaurant on their pier, in my opinion, is the best since the Old Gagra. But the Gagripsh restaurant is not worth eating from the table plates. The nearest market is Novye Gagry (minibus or 250 rubles. taxi), prices: Moscow minus 50 rubles, the nearest store is a 5-minute walk from the gate to the right. 3 mandatory excursions – catamaran with a guide on the sea; Lake Ritsa; New Athos with a cave (the best guide is Saria, Atlas), free tastings of cheese, wine and honey – this is our punishment for the beautiful views. Be careful with the hotel's website, the real one is with a palm tree, the sun and two birds on the front page. The number of birds and the star rating of the hotel can be safely increased by 2 times, but not the prices!
Finally about the Sled
During 12 days of wonderful rest, I managed to get to know Elena, the deputy. General Director; Rashida, reservation service; Shazina and Victoria, reception and accommodation service, Angela, maid service. They all know how to improve our vacation, they work almost seven days a week, but they are ready to respond to our smile with their own, and SINCERE. And everything written above may have a downside, but it already depends on you personally. At least it is up to you to choose Abkhazia (the first line in the review) and the Sled in the Old Gagra!

We had a rest with a young man at the Nart hotel from 16.10 to 21.10. Everything is in order:
1) Number: we took a junior suite with a sea view. The room itself is very spacious, we felt comfortable in it. The view is beautiful, but as I understand it, the balcony is connected to the next room (I may be mistaken, but it seemed so from the room). We have never gone out on the balcony itself, I will write below why. The toilet could use a repair-it's a little dirty.
2) Territory: the territory of the hotel is sooo beautiful, lots of greenery, well-groomed greenery! There was one place where the boards were stacked and it was not very beautiful, but they did not bother me personally at all, and almost no one went there.
3) The sea: Literally at hand, the hotel stands right on the beach line. We did not swim in the sea, as it was already cool, but someone from the residents swam. We were just sunbathing, we were lucky with the weather.
4) Food: here I can say that there is enough food, for three. But understanding that this is Abkhazia is generally good. There is not much variety, but you will not stay hungry. There is chicken, pork, fish, salads of 2-3 types, vegetables, fruits. What I didn't like was the drinks, I only drank tea. I really liked that you eat with a view of the sea, but I would like to wash the windows more often
5) Staff: in general, they work well, explain everything, if necessary, help as much as possible.
Minuses:
1) there were no slippers: we were told that the car was detained at the border, we never saw the slippers during the whole vacation
2) dirty towels and bathrobes: they were replaced, of course, but it was somehow unpleasant to get dirty
3) the main disadvantage that spoiled the rest is bedbugs : (street! There are no complaints about the hotel, they did the processing, there was a notification about it. We just arrived at a time when bedbugs woke up in Abkhazia)))) Because of them, they did not go out on the balcony, as there were many of them there, and it was uncomfortable because of this.
In general, I liked the rest, if you don't look for cons 😊

The hotel has its pros and cons, but there are more cons.
Among the advantages: a beautiful, green area, a wide beach, a new 5th building with a good lobby, it is clear that everything is new, clean, a panoramic elevator, a spa is being completed.
Cons:
The territory of the boarding house is a passageway: vacationers are allowed to the beach in droves from the street, everyone can eat in the dining room for a modest fee. The tables are too close to each other, there are not enough of them. There's only one coffee machine, and if you're lucky, it won't break. In the morning, a huge queue gathers. The food is tasteless. The staff walks around with such an expression on their face, as if they are serving time in hard labor!
The service is unobtrusive: towels, including beach towels, are changed every 4 days! The room is poorly cleaned. They do not respond to requests, they asked to fix the safe - they did not. The maid calls the guests "my dear" - I could not find what to say to the elderly woman…
A half-asleep bartender in the lobby answers the question - is there any cocoa? - he advised me to go to a cafe at the other end of the territory. The restaurant - paid and not cheap - waited for ice cream for 55 minutes!
On the beach every morning there is a battle for sun beds and umbrellas - vacationers take their places with towels from 7 a.m. and leave for half a day, even despite the warning sign.
The child was sleeping on an extra bed - the cot mattress was so thin that it fell through between the boards. They didn't find a second mattress for us. I had to put a blanket on - it didn't help. The child suffered.
The main conclusion is that you will not be welcome in the Sled!

The boarding houses are wonderful . The sea is clean, there is a lot of food, the room is spacious with a magnificent view of the sea and mountains, the territory is palm trees, well-groomed territory. 2 swimming pools gym the staff is polite both in the dining room and in the hotel. This is the scariest place for your rather big money.
I was led to a beautiful picture , in fact, only palm trees and Soviet architecture save the place. Everything else is a guard.
In the evening, you can't hide from the screaming music, and a pretty lousy choice. You will be able to sleep only after 11 pm, when everything is turned off, but the music from the neighbors will turn on from the other end of the embankment, and there, if you are lucky, it can be hammered until the morning.
The food is disgusting, even paid - the kebab is dry, the meat is raw, everything else is in cheap oil - probably so that the taste of expired products is not felt.
Cleaning is zero, the cleaner tells me to my face that she changed the towels, stating it with some pride - as if it shouldn't be done a priori?))) I go into the room, on the floor! There are wet used towels , I call the cleaner to clean up - the face , as if she is doing a favor.
Then it gets worse.
Leftist people walk around the (seemingly private) territory, drink beer, shout obscenities, the contingent leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly. There are stray dogs everywhere, and the hotel staff barely agrees to a request to clean up.
The pool is generally scary to look at, jelly from bacilli.
And the final cherry on the cake, everyone knows rotavirus, but they are silent.
The hotel must be closed.

The kitchen is lovely, the check-out is VERY clean. Two swimming pools: one indoor , others outdoors. There is a playground for kids. For adults: gym, tennis court, two table tennis tables. We rested at the hotel from 14.08. to 26.08. in the first building. I liked everything very much! The rooms are clean, new, the territory is well maintained. The sea is 50m from the hotel. The beach is pebbly, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. Towels are changed every day, the water in the room is replenished daily, all bath and toiletries are available. The water in the sea is clean and warm! The bed linen was changed every 3 days, special thanks to the maid Asida, she is always polite and friendly! The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. There is a separate restaurant of Abkhazian cuisine right by the sea, for an additional fee. The hotel needs to be closed and everything totally processed! Before our trip, people were sick with rotavirus, as it turned out later in the medical office there was a queue of the same new arrivals on vacation. If you want to rest, then take two weeks, because for 5 days you will be provided with a temperature and the effects of rotavirus. I can't appreciate the buffet, because after the second day I ate only breadcrumbs… It's terrible that the administration doesn't even do anything, the worst vacation.
It was not possible to evaluate the advantages of Abkhazia, because thanks to the Nart hotel, we saw only a room in building 5
P.s. the service leaves much to be desired. There was always no liquid soap in the bathroom, where the buffet was. There is no control at all in the dining area, the children calmly took food with their hands, and then returned it back, the situation is similar with cutlery. Unfortunately, the rest was pretty spoiled by a raging intestinal infection (rotavirus or norovirus).
In the dining room, the staff tried to prevent the spread of the virus (antiseptic, wiping the tables after each visitor), but it would be better if the rooms were cleaned at least once every two days. The staff was limited to changing the bed linen (at the same time, it was supposed to cover the blanket in the duvet cover for the resident himself). Plumbing cleaning, floor cleaning, dusting — this is more than appropriate and expected for the price paid. All this has not been done at any time during my entire stay.
With this in mind, you can only recommend a hotel if you are willing to set aside one day for illness.
Abkhazia itself is beautiful.

We returned from the Sled yesterday. Impressions are twofold. I'll start with the pros: we were settled ahead of time at 10 am without any extra charge, the managers at the reception are friendly. The territory is very beautiful, green, close to the sea. We lived in the first building in a room with a sea view - just for the sake of this view it was already worth coming! Admired the sea right from the bed! The room itself is ordinary, in my opinion it is not worth the money, but it was not a pity for the view). Towels were changed every other day, no cleaning - once a week. Bathrobes, underwear - new, no complaints.
From the cons of the room - periodically pulled from the dining room smells, it was somewhat annoying. But this is the cost of being close to the dining room, I imagine what was in the rooms that directly overlook the dining room.
A good spa center - every morning I went to swim in the indoor pool and do water aerobics. The water is warm, there are few people. For autumn - a great way out, especially when it's raining outside. But there are also nuances). The spa opens at 9 am, and cleaning comes to the pool at about 9:20. That is, you are swimming all so romantic, admiring the beauty behind a glass wall, and then two aunts-mochi come with their loud conversations, brooms and mops and start cleaning up right here! I made a remark at the reception, they say "and they have a working day from 9 in the morning." In short, it's better to come to the pool at 10, and then at 10:30 just water aerobics.
The main disadvantage that spoiled our rest is the dining room with its intestines. The building itself is certainly beautiful - the views from there are amazing! But that's where the positive ends. Before I went, I read reviews that rotavirus, but I thought it usually happens because of the sea, and we are going in October, it should have already passed.
However, on the third day we fell down with all the charms and living in the toilet in the company of a faience friend.
The food itself somehow suited the first three days, but it turned out that there was no variety. The first dishes are even more or less delicious: borscht, soups, chicken broth is constantly there. There were a lot of fruits at first, but then they began to be cut for some reason (. At lunch and dinner they gave delicious watermelon and melon, at the end there were local tangerines, still sour, and persimmons.
Salads are terrible, mayonnaise, there are few vegetables. Hot is not tasty and not varied. But it's all God with him, you can be patient, but absolutely all vacationers had guts! That's who you don't talk to - everyone has been ill. This is of course an outrage with an average price tag for a room of 15,500 per day!
We didn't go to the restaurant, we ate a couple of times in apatsk on the territory - it's not tasty, the prices are average.
It is clear that Abkhazia has never been a center of haute cuisine and is unlikely to be, but I want some positive changes.
To summarize: the rest was a success 50 \ 50. We are unlikely to go there again.

Gorgeous, very green and landscaped territory, a huge variety of greenery on the territory, the eye is happy. But....
There are also disadvantages: they could not give us an extra bed for the child, although it was stated at the time of booking. They didn't give me a set of towels for the baby. The rooms are cleaned 1 time in 3 days, respectively, and towels are also changed. Bath-soap-soap accessories must be brought with you, because they are given out at check-in and during cleaning 1 time in 3 days. The water is purchased in the dining room, not expensive, but still.We ordered a transfer from the hotel to Sochi, the hotel administrators promised that there would be an individual border crossing, but the driver dropped us off with our belongings for inspection and we had to go, like everyone else, with suitcases, not really to show off. We are having a rest with a girlfriend from 07/26/22 to 08/28/22 in building 5 on the 2nd floor. A magnificent hotel, excellent service, cuisine- beyond praise: everything is fresh, delicious, there are 3 types of porridge, 4 types of soup, I have never taken salads anywhere - everything is stunningly diverse and freshly cooked. There is enough space for everyone on the beach, the sun beds are comfortable, the staff will help to move, move, open umbrellas. The sea is clean, there are a lot of related entertainment. Daily water is delivered to the room, the room is cleaned. The only thing is that drinkers will not have to do it in a restaurant, as is always customary abroad, they need to buy in a store or go to an Abkhazian cuisine restaurant (by the way, very good) on the territory of a holiday home. We have been vacationing with a friend since July 16, 2022 (a week)!!! A wonderful, wonderful holiday home!!!! New renovation, cleanliness, lots of greenery, the air and nature are simply fabulous!!! Gentle gentle sea!!! The warm attitude of the staff, responsiveness.
We lived in the fifth building on the third floor. Room with balcony and sea view! Clean bed linen, 4 towels for each resident, soap, gels, shampoos (in disposable bags), toilet paper, always available. (A small disadvantage is that there is no safe in the room). Very convenient location of the sea in relation to the buildings, more precisely, I left the building and here it is right away!!!!! The beach is not overloaded, there are always free sun beds and umbrellas. The entrance to the sea is a large pebble ("corals" are required) There is also a conveniently located restaurant where a variety of delicious dishes are always prepared (for different tastes). A large area surrounded by greenery, repair work is being completed in some places (but this is not critical and does not bother anyone). There are shops outside the Recreation Center . You can buy Abkhazian wines, beer ...
We were delighted with the rest, Abkhazia, the Holiday Home and in general ...!!!
I definitely recommend it!!!
