I tried to buy metal tiles from this company in November. I paid 100% immediately. Delivery was promised for the beginning of December. At the end of December, I realized that it wasn't even ready yet, although the manager claimed that "we can't take it out of the warehouse because of other orders."
I asked for a refund, and there was zero reaction within a week. Then he went to court. Of course, it lasted for a long time, but six months later the executive authorities returned the money.
Judging by the reviews, this is the standard process of this organization, so if you value your time, it's better to contact a more reliable company
