It's quite a Sharashkin's office. Kinship tests are taken incorrectly: sticks in the hands, if they were washed three times, you can't hold them otherwise, at least some, but traces of dna remain. Cotton swabs for sending and checking by an expert geneticist should dry at room temperature, and not just be sealed in a beautiful envelope, and all analyzes from 1 person are put in one envelope, and there the drool and fingerprints are mixed, not to mention the soaked and stuck envelope paper.It is not surprising that the tests come with errors or you have to retake the samples. People, don't get fooled by a beautiful office and polite staff - this is how analyses are not taken for research.

I want to express my dissatisfaction. This is the worst place where I had to do the analysis. I am very sorry that I ordered the test from you. The attitude is terrible. I'll start from the beginning. I ordered a test and signed a copy of the contract, where only my signature (there is still no original) in March 2023. After three months of my calls and messages to Viber, you condescended and I donated blood from a vein at my clinic. You never sent your test, because the kits ran out on me for probably three months .... Then I waited for the original contract and the results. I waited a long time ... I received the results almost three months later, after the fifth call a day.... To be honest, for such money I expected that I would get an individual passport and not on general grounds a scribble about the genotype, "a book for many pages of the order of 70-100, that's just they are all empty, a couple of lines per sheet and that's it... Where are the numbers where is the information individual? And then they promised me a geneticist's consultation, I'm still waiting for it, now it's the end of October 2023. My conclusion is not to contact this "sharashkin office"
