Обращалась в контору по поводу поиска обычных документов (справки о рождении, смертях, заключениях-расторжениях брака). Берут 100% предоплату (800 долларов США по курсу), благо контракт заключают.
Ввиду отсутсвия связей в юридических кругах пришлось согласиться на 100% предоплату. Оплата произведена в октябре 2020 года. Документы мое доверенное лицо в ташкенте получило в июле 2021(!).
Порой информацию о состоянии каждой справки ждала от 14 дней до 4х недель. Постоянно в мессенджерах приходилось напоминать о своем существовании.
Повторюсь, среди документов не было никаких изысков, типа документов о ссылке родных по этнической линии. Обычные "родился-женился-развелся", со знанием дат и предположительными местами рождения, заключения брака. В моем имени была опечатка в справке о рождении. Ждала месяц с небольшим ее исправления, постоянно напоминая о себе в мессенджерах. Ну, право же, клиент всегда неправ. Заплатил деньги и гуляй *((. И так по каждому нюансу приходилось нервничать и переступать через внутреннего интеллегента, вспоминая, что я - клиент и деньги вообще-то немалые заплатила.
Совет. Не работайте по 100% предоплате, как это сделала я. А то рискуете потом постоянно за каждую опечатку искать ребят в каждом мессенджере, дожидаясь ответа по нескольку недель.
