We booked a hotel with an error in dates (the wrong month), a minute after we noticed this problem and immediately contacted the hotel, the management came to meet us, asked for the booking number and promised to come up with what can be done in this case. That is, it became known immediately that we would not stop by. We notified that we had also contacted the support agent of the site where the room was being decorated, and after that our chat with the hotel began to be ignored, and on that site they reported that they had contacted the place of accommodation and the postponement of dates or refund was refused due to the fact that the room was idle, because the guests we waited, and as a fine, the entire amount for several days is not refundable. The chat messages with the hotel are still hanging unread. Thank you for the spoiled impressions, for false hopes and lies!

They left us on the street in the middle of the night! The money was not returned. We booked for ozone on full prepayment, arrived at 23:15, but no one let us in, answering in Whatsapp that we should have been warned that we would arrive late.
There was another couple standing next to the gate who found themselves in a similar situation.
I had to take a taxi in the middle of the night and look for another hotel.
I highly recommend it!

I made an advance payment via <url>, upon arrival an additional payment of 50 GEL, and the hotel said 80 GEL, like an error on the part of the daily asked to show it was not shown, I refused, they canceled the reservation. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was not clean, the bed had black hair, stained linen (changed after request), towels were not white for a long time, the distance between the sink and the shower is only for the very slender. We were led to good reviews and were very disappointed

The place is average, we were forced to sleep on the trip for one night, there was no choice, we had to stop by. We lived in a room with a kitchen, terribly dirty, musty, mushrooms and mold. The photo shows. They asked for a late check-in at 13.00 - the hostess flatly refused, said only at 12.00.
The hostess's attitude is only to check in with a smile, as another person immediately checked in, and leave soon.
There are no shops nearby in walking distance, the place is some kind of village, chickens, construction site.
In general, if you choose between sleeping on the street, or here, then you chose here, still a roof over your head. The maximum cost of such housing is 30 lari, and they paid 100.
