The woman with short red hair behaved aggressively, biased and demonstratively unfriendly, unlike how she had previously served clients who spoke exclusively Armenian. My mother and I greeted each other in Armenian, but switched to Russian — and from that moment on, the ignoring, the phrase "I don't understand" and the complete unwillingness to help began. We clarified that we had ordered the pills the day before (we don't remember the name, but we described the composition and manufacturer), to which she irritably repeated that she needed the name. Although it is obvious that the pharmacist must be guided by the formulations. Also, when mentioning the drug “Pentalgin”, she first pretended that she did not know what it was about, and then reluctantly admitted that it was an international name. If the situation had only affected me, perhaps I would not have written this review. But Mom was there, and I can't ignore that. The employee's behavior is absolutely unacceptable. We are regular customers, but we will not return to this pharmacy again. And what is especially absurd: in the end, it turned out that there was simply no delivery today. This information could be shared immediately, without irritation and neglect. But, apparently, it wasn't about the order—it was about the attitude.
