I go to the reception desk to clarify, I don't have time to ask this girl right away: I'm not a cashier. I speak well, but I need to clarify what the procedure is. In response, I'm not the cashier, you need to go to the cashier. I say, I'm paying with pami, you can tell me the amount I would have paid through pami. To which she says that the account is not working and if my payment is not received, I will resolve the issue with the accountant. The most interesting thing is that an hour ago I already paid for visits to two doctors through pami. So that you can understand the whole picture, there is a constant queue of 10 people at the box office. Come up with a way for those who pay online to be able to pay without standing in line. For example, now I've decided that I'd rather do an echo and take all the tests at a safe place than wait in line for payment for 30 minutes. The doctors are very competent. There is not a single separate box at the entrance, in case of some kind of acute measles-type infection. The staff is very polite and friendly. We visited a pediatric urologist, a very competent doctor.

Let's start with the fact that at the entrance, there is no organization of the payment process for doctor's consultation / testing / ultrasound! You are standing in the "general" queue, but few people care. Because in front of you, someone is constantly trying to get in and solve the issue of payment one at a time. There are only two ticket offices. There are 50+/- people for each one. And so you first stand in line (from 55 minutes) to pay for a doctor's consultation. Then you stand in line to see a doctor, then you stand in line to pay for the tests that the doctor prescribed (another 50 minutes), then you stand in line to take the tests, you still stand in line to undergo, for example, an ultrasound and tadam again you stand in line to show the results of the tests and ultrasound to the doctor and finally get a prescription for treatment. And the doctor has an appointment before 15h. And you physically do not have time to complete this wonderful quest in one day. In general, the equipment is good, the specialists also seem to be nothing... and so in the morning you will stand in all queues for 2-3 times and you will definitely not want to return anymore. It is a pity that a generally good hospital was made so NOT FOR PEOPLE.
