A great place for a family vacation...the cafe on the 22nd floor is excellent, polite staff, pleasant atmosphere and of course ... the view...this is something) ...gallery..the photo zone...The review on the 23rd floor... everything is great!

The landmark of Minsk. You can book a tour of the library, go up to the observation deck, children under 10 years old can be left in the paid children's room. It is good to have a snack in the Cafeteria on the 1st and 2nd floors.

An attempt to turn the library into an excursion facility was unsuccessful. The staff is not focused on excursions or any other activity other than library work. It looks cool from the outside, and the observation deck is interesting - but no more.

We were on the observation deck. There are a lot of people, queues. The site itself is far from the center, nothing impressive is simply visible. The panorama is separated by a glass fence that is not completely transparent or clean, and is located at an angle. In my opinion, a trick for tourists. As for the architecture of the library itself, it is possible for an amateur to get acquainted with the masterpiece in absentia.

The ideal place for studying or working is cozy reading rooms with good lighting and sockets. And there is a place to eat, and just look out the window at the beautiful view. Perhaps the only drawback is that you can't take books home. Or is there something I don't know?
