When I first came to the NSCC in Astana with my child, I was delighted! The rooms are double, they have a toilet, shower, air conditioning. I was lying with the child and everything I write is true. they were fed very tasty, examined: they put on a Halter, ultrasound, ECG, night monitoring. All honey. the devices are new. The doctors worked conscientiously. There is a beautiful dining room on the 0 floor, although the prices there are like in a restaurant, I mostly ate there, since parents are not fed, only children are fed. The staff was respectful, everyone was smiling. After the CMIR hospital, in our city of Ust Kamenogorsk, we got to heaven. In 2022, when we arrived there, I was shocked, everything had changed! The devices are broken, taped, the bed linen is torn, the child asked to be changed, but they said you can sleep on such a one, stupid interns were taken from the medical school, one of them took the child with a halter to an ultrasound, I come and see this picture, my child is wrapped in halter wires, and the doctor carries and does an ultrasound! I went into the office and started to get indignant when they put cholera on, you can't even take your cell phone! And the ultrasound doctor?- What was she doing? From this, the results are completely different, I have known for 10 years what is being done and how. I tell her what you're doing! Can't you see the Halter?! And she looks at me with a student and her eyes pop. They did not expect anyone to come in, they forgot to wash the catheters, the child came up and reminded them.Interns should wash the cotetor every day for the child, they put it in a vein on the arm, for every child, it's the way it is. The child asked to bring food, as they began to cook terribly. I was shocked. I used to come, I was calm for the child and she liked everything. Why has everything changed? Why did these stupid interns call themselves residents, in Russian, an intern from a college who is doing an internship. Maybe we've come to such a time? I hope and really wish that this year the NSCC will restore its worthy Name! Our children are our everything! They should receive the best possible treatment.
