Are these people out of their mind? It is 40*C outside, yet you can’t enter the library if you wear shorts. It must be library where people learn science, not religion. For them clothes matters more than knowledge. Now I understand why they gave to the library name of the person who is not related to science at all - Navai.

Terrible place 😂 The first impression is of course cool: a new beautiful building, everything is clean, beautiful, the library is already 5 floors high! But that's it) The inspection is like you're entering a strategic facility. They couldn't really explain anything, they walked around the 1st floor for 10 minutes, trying to figure out what needs to be done to be allowed to the elevator. It turns out that the entrance is paid, we paid 2,000 per person, you must have your passport with you. Then they put things in the wardrobe (all things), they weren't even allowed to take water with them, and there are no coolers anywhere. As a result, it turned out that out of 5 floors there are books in Russian only on the 4th floor, and even then only a few styles and a few on the 3rd floor, and on the 5th floor there are no books at all. There are computer rooms with Wi-Fi (but Wi-Fi is paid)) The library is full, they barely found a free place, and in some departments people are sitting right on the floor. And in addition to everything, it turns out that books are not given out at home here. In general, this library is purely for local students to prepare for exams or, for example, for candidates of science to sit and look for materials for scientific papers. And I will never come here again)

The worst library I've ever been in. First of all, you can't even bring water with you here — apparently, they believe that a person should suffer from thirst while trying to learn something. Secondly, 90% of the computers here are just dead: they don't work, they don't turn on, or they turn on, but there is no Internet. And on the few who are still breathing, there are people who are either asleep or stupidly stuck on the phone. Geniuses who bring their laptops and put them directly on the systems of stationary computers, occupying a whole row and interfering with everyone, give special “pleasure”. Logic? Absent. The computers seem to be from the era of Amir Temur, and their power supplies are the size of a Choco Pie box. You can only sit on normal devices with the Internet if you work there, and if you're an ordinary visitor, good luck catching a Wi-Fi signal that doesn't exist. In general, this is not a library, but a museum of technological degradation. Don't waste your time.
