There is nowhere to put things. And there's an air conditioner right above the bed. Let's go figure it out, there's no one who understands anything in Russian, and our guide, instead of helping, after talking to them, proved to us that all the rooms here are the same, and it's useless to prove anything... When we got in touch with Kazan, after 2 hours, we were offered a large room, and as it turned out, almost all the rooms there were large. In addition, we bought a ticket with dinner, but as it turned out, there are no dinners at all.. And in the hotel and in Thailand in general... And our guide didn't help us figure it out again... We were assigned to the restaurant, allocated 450 baht, but the menu was in Thai and it was very difficult to choose something and communicate with the waiter... Every meal was a torment. We were hoping for a buffet.. Since we are aged, and my friend is already 77, so we wanted to have dinner at the hotel. I would have liked the hotel very much if the guide had helped with the check-in, and not harmed... And this was exactly the case, and more than once.His goal was just to sell more excursions and that's it... Our guide's name is Suleiman... I think guides should solve the emerging issues of vacationers, and not in favor of the hotel.... When I asked how much to pay extra for a large room, he said $50 a day, but still, they all have the same rooms. I stayed at this hotel 2 times. I have never regretted it. Cool territory, a true park. The pool is a little small, but you can survive it. The rooms and kitchen are on the same level. Individual houses have 2-4 rooms. You can't hear the neighbors, and the ocean is across the street with a municipal sign that is being cleaned. The city center is 15 minutes away by tuk-tuk.

I've been there 6 times, this is the most cozy place I've ever seen, Take Superior rooms at the very end of the garden and on the 1st floor (specify when checking in, they have a hotel card) , it's always quiet there, in the evening we constantly sat in gazebos in the garden, you take 5 steps out of the room on the grass and you're in the gazebo .You wake up, the birds are singing, you can't hear the road, it's just super. There are no elevators, concrete and other oppressions .2 - storey houses . The disadvantages of the hotel are the weak room stock , furniture and so on , but this place covers everything.

Despite the fact that it is located among the skyscrapers of neighboring hotels, entering the territory of the "Natural Park Resort", you seem to enter another world!!!! A sea of greenery, flowers, winding paths between the houses, illuminated by lanterns and lights, there are no tall buildings, only one- and two-storey bungalows and three-storey buildings! It's just paradise!!!! There is a wonderful swimming pool on site if you don't want to go to the beach! And the beach is really within walking distance. Get out of the hotel - the road! A smiling security officer stops traffic for you, transfers you across the street, and you are on the beach!!!! All shops are nearby!!! Very friendly staff at the hotel! We spoke 3 languages: Russian, English, Thai and sign language. Everything is clear!!!! They will help you with everything!!! My whole group (I took a yoga tour) was very satisfied!!! The rest turned out to be magical!!!! Thanks to all the employees of the hotel!!!
