Spent a week here. The architecture is beautiful , the garden and pool are beautiful as well, views are nice. BUT Staff doesn’t speak English at all (except the owner and a nice lady, perhaps his daughter) Wi-fi Is free only around reception and the speed is low, so if you have to explain smth to staff somewhere else but reception - it’s not possible, they try to speak Turkish. DO WE LOOK LIKE PEOPLE SPEAKING TURKISH? They helped with taking some medicine to a fridge , that’s nice, as we didn’t have such. Also, fridge and kettle are always located in hotels’ rooms BUT here this “pleasure” available only for apartments not rooms. They charge 30 liras for a cup of tea and 10 for hot water (in cafés, price for a cup like 8-15 liras) the owner is rude,greedy (not only our opinion, we were told so) and tries to earn money even on such small things as water and internet connection. Of course, he seems nice at first , smiling you and so on, but as a problem appears- he’s changing The attitude is great if you are ready to pay for everything and a lot. Bad quality coffee in the coffee machine, there was spoiled milk in a jar on our first breakfast. Breakfast is poor and identical day to day. The apogee was dirty sheets which were promised to be changed every 3 days. We were looking at sheets hoping to get new but for 5 days they were the same. Cleaners just made the bed , thanks I’m able to do it myself. So about 2pm we went down to reception and asked to change them , the boy said okay I’ll transfer the information to cleaners (the conversation was on Google translate) Then we returned to room at like 7-8 pm , and guess what, sheets are still dirty :) Then we ran into the “host family” asking the owner to change the sheets finally. He asked the girl who was responsible for cleaning that day(she was sitting next to him). She said she had changed them :) Lol such a liar (she also said that I had told her not to touch anything, but how she understood not knowing a single English word))))))) The man said “I believe my workers, wait for 3 more days” we had left only 2 So we had to make an argument to make them change them , like is it a normal attitude? He also said that “you Russians are used to your standards, it’s Turkey” and etc I’ve been to 26 countries and never had to make an argument to have my sheets changed. Eventually, the sheets were changed So if you want to stay here - be ready to pay for every tiny thing and get along with such an attitude. The best person working here is the owner’s daughter and, no fights with her and she took out medicine to her room the first day :) nice lady afro boy cleaning the territory is nice too) I also got a poster on the door (HB) and a vase for flowers.

Красивый внешний вид отеля у подножья горы, сад со множеством цветов, красивая ухоженная территория отеля. Приветливый персонал и хозяева. Номер, где мы жилы - стандартный, кондиционер и чистое постельное, белоснежные полотенца, замена раз в три дня. Уборка каждый день. Изумительный вид на весь Кемер с высоты отеля, особенно ночью. Завтраки вполне сытные, с небольшим разнообразием. Лестницы не напрягали, все ок. Попали на мини концерт, организованный в отеле, бесплатно, очень понравилось, живой звук. Приятная расслабляющая музыка на территории отеля, вечерами, релакс. Тишина и спокойствие в отеле, отлично высыпались и отдыхали от шума, отель находится в удачном месте. Поблизости очень много кафешек и ресторанов, пробуйте заходить в разные, иногда цены очень отличаются. Рядом отличный продуктовый магазин, с приемлемыми ценами. В целом отдых удался, в качестве рекомендации посоветуем отличный пляж Niks, разные варианты шезлонгов, по цене и расположению, есть возможность расположится в тени деревьев, которые дают отличную прохладу. Порекомендуем ресторан Pasa Kebap Salonu, единственный ресторан который мы нашли поблизости с кондиционером и отличной кухней и супер обслуживанием.

Очень уютное место, думаю это один из лучших отелей в округе. Персонал очень отзывчивый постараются помочь в любой ситуации. У нас был небольшой номер, но был и свой кондиционер и балкон. Соседей по номеру не было слышно. Отель находится примерно в 10 минутах от пляжа, но в самом отеле свой бассейн, комфортной высоты, даже для людей, которые не умеют плавать) При входе и в самом отеле очень много зелени 🍀 Завтраки -это швейцарский стол, но можно собрать любую интересующую вас комбинацию. Мы очень довольны отелем точно хотела бы вернуться туда 🌸❤️
