Spent a week here. The architecture is beautiful , the garden and pool are beautiful as well, views are nice.
BUT
Staff doesn’t speak English at all (except the owner and a nice lady, perhaps his daughter)
Wi-fi Is free only around reception and the speed is low, so if you have to explain smth to staff somewhere else but reception - it’s not possible, they try to speak Turkish.
DO WE LOOK LIKE PEOPLE SPEAKING TURKISH?
They helped with taking some medicine to a fridge , that’s nice, as we didn’t have such. Also, fridge and kettle are always located in hotels’ rooms BUT here this “pleasure” available only for apartments not rooms. They charge 30 liras for a cup of tea and 10 for hot water (in cafés, price for a cup like 8-15 liras)
the owner is rude,greedy (not only our opinion, we were told so) and tries to earn money even on such small things as water and internet connection. Of course, he seems nice at first , smiling you and so on, but as a problem appears- he’s changing
The attitude is great if you are ready to pay for everything and a lot.
Bad quality coffee in the coffee machine, there was spoiled milk in a jar on our first breakfast.
Breakfast is poor and identical day to day.
The apogee was dirty sheets which were promised to be changed every 3 days. We were looking at sheets hoping to get new but for 5 days they were the same. Cleaners just made the bed , thanks I’m able to do it myself.
So about 2pm we went down to reception and asked to change them , the boy said okay I’ll transfer the information to cleaners (the conversation was on Google translate)
Then we returned to room at like 7-8 pm , and guess what, sheets are still dirty :)
Then we ran into the “host family” asking the owner to change the sheets finally. He asked the girl who was responsible for cleaning that day(she was sitting next to him). She said she had changed them :) Lol such a liar (she also said that I had told her not to touch anything, but how she understood not knowing a single English word)))))))
The man said “I believe my workers, wait for 3 more days” we had left only 2
So we had to make an argument to make them change them , like is it a normal attitude? He also said that “you Russians are used to your standards, it’s Turkey” and etc
I’ve been to 26 countries and never had to make an argument to have my sheets changed.
Eventually, the sheets were changed
So if you want to stay here - be ready to pay for every tiny thing and get along with such an attitude. The best person working here is the owner’s daughter and, no fights with her and she took out medicine to her room the first day :) nice lady

The hotel is very pleasant, beautiful grounds, nice rooms with kitchenette. Breakfast is like everywhere else in Turkey, there is something to eat. It is located on the edge of the town, right at the foot of the mountain. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the sea slowly.

The beautiful appearance of the hotel at the foot of the mountain, a garden with many flowers, a beautiful well-groomed territory of the hotel. Friendly staff and hosts. The room where we lived is standard, air conditioning and clean bed linen, snow-white towels, replacement every three days. Cleaning every day. Amazing view of the whole of Kemer from the height of the hotel, especially at night. The breakfasts are quite hearty, with a small variety. The stairs were not strained, everything is OK. We got to a mini concert organized at the hotel, for free, we really liked the live sound. Pleasant relaxing music on the territory of the hotel, in the evenings, relax. Peace and quiet in the hotel, we slept well and rested from the noise, the hotel is in a good location. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, try to go to different ones, sometimes the prices are very different. There is a great grocery store nearby, with reasonable prices. In general, the rest was a success, as a recommendation we will recommend an excellent Niks beach, different options for sun loungers, for the price and location, there is an opportunity to sit in the shade of trees that give excellent coolness. We recommend the Pasa Kebap Salonu restaurant, the only restaurant we found nearby with air conditioning and excellent cuisine and super service.

It's a very cozy place, I think it's one of the best hotels in the area. The staff is very helpful and will try to help in any situation. We had a small room, but we also had our own air conditioning and a balcony. There were no neighbors in the room. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the beach, but the hotel itself has its own swimming pool, a comfortable height, even for people who cannot swim)
There is a lot of greenery at the entrance and in the hotel itself 🍀
Breakfasts are a Swiss table, but you can put together any combination you are interested in. We are very happy with the hotel, I would definitely like to return there.

The hotel's territory is very beautiful, cozy and homely. Of the cons: not all rooms have refrigerators - in the heat and in the absence of lunches and dinners at the hotel - this is a problem. There is no public Internet, there is no way to iron things (there is no iron anywhere!)

Two stars for two stars
We knew where we were going. We only needed a shower/clean bed/breakfast. Everything is fine. What surprised me: paid Wi-Fi (well, where is it stingy?!), you can't drag food to the room (this is the first time I've heard this at all).

We lived in apartments, with breakfast.
Breakfast is without frills, but you can eat a hearty meal and not remember about the food until lunch quietly.
The location is super, Kemer is at the bottom, pine forest is on top. 20 minutes walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the center. The hotel is private, the owners are always there, they help with everything. Quiet and peaceful.

We were in March 2021. Overall, I liked everything. The room is large, two-room, the kitchen is equipped, everything was necessary. The view from the window and from the balcony is gorgeous. The furniture is old and the air conditioner did not work for us, but the hotel staff provided us with a heater. In general, we must say separately about the employees: attentive, responsive staff. Not a single appeal was ignored and the problems were solved. Quiet, cozy place, 15 minutes walk to the sea. I will be happy to come again. It will not suit fans of "all inclusive" and noisy parties.

I have been to this hotel 2 times and both for a ridiculous price , for almost 2 weeks about 28 thousand rubles .I was resting alone.I specially took a hotel with one breakfast and not by the sea.Breakfasts are normal, for men who like to eat a hearty meal they will be hungry. No porridge.Eggs,cheese, Tomatoes,cucumbers,olives,sausage (for a local cat),jam,tea,coffee, cupcake sometimes.That's probably all.The sea is far away, it's hard in the heat, the beach is pebbly. If you want to lie on the rocks in the sun, you want to spend 10 liras on a sunbed under an umbrella.The rooms are clean, the Windows overlook both the garden and the courtyard.I changed the room , because they were constantly smoking under me , sitting by the pool and chatting since early morning, moving chairs and tables.The garden is simply magical, small and well maintained.Such a diet and the remoteness of the sea made themselves felt by the end of the second week.I arrived in Moscow fit and slim.I recommend the hotel for relaxation, lovers of peace and quiet.

For lovers of a quiet holiday without claims to communal comfort.
We were from March to April 21. Just before the closure of the air service.
The gardens of Paradise with fleur-d-orange bloomed and smelled fragrant. It was quiet and sparsely populated, the mountain behind the hotel, the mountain from the window and, despite the leaking shower stall and other household trifles, it was a heavenly vacation, compared to a comfortable hotel in Side, where terrible music screamed, from which you can not hide for 15 hours a day, despite requests / complaints/the requirements are to turn it down and off.
We did not come to swim, due to the season, but to walk and breathe. There are many local "pyaterochka", "magnets" and "Dixie" around, as well as hospitable cafes with normal prices. On Mondays there is a market next to the central square (where the White Tower is).
We were given a euro 2 apartment on the first night, and then moved to a studio room, but with a refrigerator, a kitchen area and a Wi-Fi option from the reception. The wifi was unstable, but thanks for that.
Of course, the tables are not the first freshness and the oilcloths in the dining room do not cause the most pleasant feelings, it would be better to have tablecloths + flexible glass, but the view from the windows and the homely atmosphere in the evenings is somehow very touching.
Yes, I would like ergonomics, fresher appliances and well-groomed rooms, but this is not the main thing.
One evening I had to have a small broadcast during the stream and needed a normal Internet connection (in the room in the evenings everything fell off every 3 minutes) - at my request, the already quiet music and televisions were turned off not for half an hour, as I originally asked, but for a good hour, until I finished.
In general, if you walk, sleep, breathe, relax quietly in your own garden of Eden, then you are here. If among the needs of the star, comfort, the first line, animation + alcoplaski - definitely not suitable.
It was my first time in Kemer. We went through almost everything we could, inside and out. I fell in love and I dream of coming back. This time with the whole family. And M.B. is back in Naturella. Their garden in the mountain and total aromatherapy conquered me.

I want to write about the hotel *Naturella*we rested in it from 08/24.21.to 2.09.21 I really liked it!!! The room has a TV, air conditioning, shower,hairdryer. There is not enough refrigerator in the standard rooms.It has everything for a good rest and mood: responsive staff, namely, Gulya, who knows more than one language, smiling, friendly, responsive, is always ready to help in a domestic or personal matter!!!! Not a bad hotel for a relaxing holiday!

It was in 2018 and in 2020. In early July and at the end of August. Very competent staff: they solve any problem. In Russian. Starting from "you can change the sofa", to our shower burst.
In 2018, there was a situation with a violent fan, the receptionist clearly came to my defense and calmed the "horseman" with two phrases.
If the windows are on the mosque, then prepare for cyclically repeated howls.
Pros: on the mountain, amazing air, own garden, gorgeous staircase at the entrance. It's cool to kiss on it))
Minuses: The food is not a Michelin-starred restaurant, monotonous. But without poisoning. The dishes are cleaned.
In general, they scrub well. You can safely walk barefoot in the hallway. The towels were almost new that year. Plus: an adequate shuttle driver to the beach. He helped us with the baby when he got seasick. That is, very friendly and friendly staff.
A solid five.

We arrived at the hotel at 22:00 and at first I was upset. The expectation did not correspond to reality. I couldn't understand why the hotel had such a high rating.
We were accommodated in a tiny double room overlooking the pool. The renovation in the room is old, the bathroom is small, there is little space for things. But, which is not so often the case in double rooms, the bed was exactly a double bed, and not just two single beds placed side by side.
But in the morning, when I saw the beautiful view from the balcony, my mood improved)
The breakfasts are almost the same every day, and you can order a la carte food from a nearby cafe at the hotel.
It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, 10-15 minutes to the center of Kemer.
The main advantages of the hotel:
The view from the room is like looking down on the whole city
Beautiful view from the pool and sun beds

▫️feel at home, very cozy atmosphere🥰
There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel
In general, we were satisfied with the rest and the choice of the hotel!

I was in August 2020 with my grandson, the room is small, but the window looked out onto the mountain, and the balcony into the garden, wonderful pine air filled the room. But not everyone can be so lucky, if the room is located above the reception, it is unlikely that you will have to open the window, because both staff and vacationers smoke constantly. It's about 20 minutes to the sea, but the minibus comes from the beach at 9:00, but the manager has to call. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is open 1, there is no elevator. A quiet, peaceful place.

Quiet hotel, solid two, conveniently located, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The staff is helpful. The territory is small, many trees grow tangerines, lemons, oranges, etc. The hotel is located under the mountain, you can walk, but there are no paths. The breakfasts were monotonous, but we were satisfied. Especially the cost of living.

Long check-in, the room was not ready by 15:00! Official check-in starts at 14:00.
After checking in, the room was dirty, the floor was not washed and there were cobwebs in the corners (it didn't look like it had been cleaned for a month), a lot of spiders on the walls. There are dirty dishes and other items in the kitchen.
The old room, the terrible condition of the toilet room, without repair with very old plumbing. A very small shower cabin. There was no hot water at any time of the day.
A constant persistent musty smell in the apartment, stinks of a mixture of old furniture, dampness and possibly mold (the garden is constantly watered nearby, flowers and trees also grow under the windows).
There are few sockets, not working and old ones near the bed.
Wi-Fi does not work at all, it is impossible to use the Internet! And the wi-fi network coverage is only in the dining room, there is no separate building 1 and 2.
Unfriendly, unfriendly staff (help with 2-3 reminders).

In general, the entire hotel and rooms need major repairs. The rooms are gloomy and dark. The mirror had already crumbled and was scratched all over. A hard, uncomfortable mattress with springs. There is no place for drying clothes in the apartment. It is impossible to have breakfast because of the swarms of wasps and insects (windows and doors to the dining room are not closed) the staff does not try to solve this problem.
The second pool and fountain are not working. There are 8 sun beds and 2 umbrellas in a small area by the pool and they are very old and scary to use.

And sanitary requirements are not being met due to the virus. All employees are without masks, the temperature at check-in and in the morning will not be checked.

In September 2020, I was in 3 different hotels with a similar price and the conditions were much better everywhere, the Internet was and wi-fi was working on every floor, building and even in the rooms! The staff was always friendly and happy to help. Sanitary standards were fulfilled.

The hotel is old. The plumbing is in a dead condition. The mirrors are worn and cracked. The furniture is old. The towels were dilapidated, stained, as well as the bed linen. Two maids simply do not have time to cope with the cleaning of the rooms. They put us in a dirty and damp room with burnt-out light bulbs, clogged sewers, broken mirrors, chipped tiles and broken furniture. The smell in the room was also quite the same... They said there were no others. I had to take pictures of everything and involve the manager of the travel agency in the dispute. It was only a day later that the problem was solved. But, anyway, the hotel does not even pull 2 stars. The breakfasts are monotonous, but the coffee is very tasty and there has always been watermelon. I do not recommend a bar: it is expensive and tasteless. There are many good cafes, restaurants and cheap shops nearby. The kitchen and the dead refrigerators are only in the apartments, in ordinary rooms there are only dusty glasses. Wi-fi is only available in the dining room and by the tiny pool. There is no connection in the rooms. The second pool is not working. The deck chairs by the pool are broken. The air conditioner is barely working. Great distance from the beach and the center. But it's quiet and beautiful. It is suitable for tourists who are not spoiled by comfort, who need peace and quiet on vacation.

A pleasant hotel. We've been in it 2 times already.
It is located in a quiet place, on a mountain.
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. The city center is 10 minutes away.
The hotel only provides breakfast. They are monotonous.
Vegetables, cheeses, sausage, olives, tea/coffee, bread, butter, several jam options, watermelon.
