A chic complex, the location is very advantageous, not far from Al-Farabi Avenue and at the same time quiet and peaceful. Fresh air, pleasant atmosphere. The LCD is under strict security control, it is pleasantly pleasing. The territory of the complex is well maintained, there is a lot of space for walking.

Good low-rise houses (6 floors) with an elevator to the entrance (the house in this case). The yard is surrounded by greenery, playgrounds in the middle, it's bad that there are no football fields. And it's hard without a car and parking, especially for residents of the first blocks - it's a long way from the main entrance.
