We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Everything was perfectly arranged for our group, and their attention to detail really made a difference. The breakfast was one of the best parts — fresh, delicious, and with so many options, all prepared on the spot. That kind of quality and care is truly rare nowadays. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and secure. The staff was exceptionally kind and always ready to assist. The atmosphere was so warm that everyone felt truly welcome. The room is on the 3rd floor. Large two-room apartment. There is a small kitchen in the hallway: stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, sink, all utensils are available. But!!! It was very cold on January 5, 26!! The feeling that the windows are not closed. The bathtub!!! The washbasin is leaking, the shower cabin is leaking, namely the sewer pipes. There was water on the floor all the time . There is no breakfast.

A normal hotel, we rented a two-story room, there is a sink, an oven and a microwave for cooking, but there was no rag and a kitchen towel, if you rent a room in which cooking is supposed, then I think everything should be organized. In general, it is pleasant and clean, the bed linen is good and there is a large supply of towels, disposable slippers. It's not far from the center. Near the railway station and metro. There is a convenience store nearby if you arrive at night, like us. The staff is friendly. I recommend the height.
