I've been here twice, the first time everything went well, it was delicious, fast and polite. The girl brewed and poured tea for us in a special way, which greatly impressed both me and my child. The second time, everything went awry, the food was carried for a long time, requests were constantly forgotten, baurasaki and the second plate for the child had to be walked and reminded twice. They didn't pour us any more beautiful tea, they just put it on the table, although we were mostly following this performance ((as a compliment, they gave us a portion of fresh baursaks, that is, they understood that they had messed with us) The interior is beautiful, we sat both times on the summer playground, there were humidifiers, the bathrooms were clean. I think I'll come here again when I arrive in Almaty to make a decision whether to continue coming here or not. The food was delicious both times, but the service on our second visit was very disappointing.

It's a great place, I visited it with great pleasure. Huge portions, courteous staff. I recommend all the guests to visit. We were not disappointed in any of the establishments of this network

I was at this place on November 28, served by a Dilnaz girl. They helped me navigate the menu and told me about the types of teas. I chose a festive pilaf. I really liked the delicate crumbly my first pilaf in Kazakhstan! I'll definitely come by for breakfast tomorrow. The service is pleasant and unobtrusive. I really liked the atmosphere in the cafe.
