I have been there several times, the hostesses are not in place, the waiters have to be called through the manager or the bartender, the dishes are brought in a variety and often cold, and sometimes they forget about your order altogether. Of the advantages, I can only mention the taste of the food and a good price, but I still did not understand why they charge an additional 15%, there is no service

I spent all three evenings of my stay in Bishkek at your restaurant. Why look for something if this institution presents all the classics of Kyrgyz, and indeed Asian cuisine, with small patterns of Russian traditions.

It's not a bad place, but there are nuances. Insanely delicious pilaf, but a terrible lamb kebab. The service is very mediocre, sometimes you can't call the waiters, but 15% is immediately included in the bill for service, after Moscow it caused slight bewilderment.
When I'm in Bishkek, I'll be back. I practically recommend it!

We visited the restaurant on 08/17/2022. Waiters need to be trained in service. They don't see the guests, it's not very pleasant. The appliances forgot to be served. The kitchen is very weak, tomatoes with assholes are served. I think everyone will not like it. I didn't even eat the salad, they just took it away. They didn't remove it from the account. I ordered a hot dish, it was also brought with these tomatoes🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️The first time we were approached, we passed on the comments, the manager listened and left. I think you need to get management training. After that, another manager came up. He knows the manager's job better and immediately apologized. He said they would have a conversation with the staff. I advise you to take training in working with guests.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. We came from Moscow to visit relatives, went with my husband to try the national cuisine and the choice fell on Navat. We came and did not regret it, everything is very tasty, the portions are large and all the products are fresh, the waiters are very attentive to the guests. My son and I were hungry and ordered 5-6 dishes. They brought such big plates that we ate only one dish at a time, took the rest with us on a trip to Issyk-Kul and ate there for 3 days. If we took such large portions of one would be enough.

The Navat network is an indicator of a high level of service! But, unfortunately, not in this place. Dostyk was at lunch in Navat Almaty. They greeted him as an expensive guest, escorted him while he was waiting, baursaks were brought, tan, when tea was brought, he was married in the best traditions, the service was fast and clear. They came up twice with the words "sorry to bother you, did you like everything here?". They worry, they try, they love the guests! In Bishkek, Togolok Moldo str., 114/1 • as if I did not get into the Navat. It seems to be the same thing, but the details are not the same! We were met at the entrance sleepy, we were sitting, tea was not married, a hat was not covered, beer was not brought the first freshness (I worked for 12 years in a brewing company, I understand, samsa is barely warm, only pilaf is super as always! There is no service, they did not bring ayran as a compliment from the institution. Pilaf is nothing special, it tastes better in Uzbekistan, quail eggs were served with pilaf, cut in half, weathered, crusted. After the second visit, I do not want to go to this institution.
