It's a great place, very nice, friendly staff, not like in other establishments. It was nice to sit, and they also gave me several presents, which was also nice and delicious)) the dishes themselves are very tasty and the portions are huge, so then you can't get up from the table, in general, you ate too much from the bottom of your heart.

Были с сегодня, 7.01.2025, с другом в этом филиале. Это единственное место во всей меге где можно было позавтракать в 10:10, остальные заведения только готовились открываться, хотя написано что работают с 10. Заказали омлет и яичницу с сосисками, чай, самсу и салат. Самса с курицей просто бомба. Вкусно сочно. Вообще вкусно всё, как и в других филиалах. НО НАШУ ЯИЧНИЦУ И ОМЛЕТ ГОТОВИЛИ 40 МИНУТ)) Это второй раз когда в данной сети ресторанов, приходится ждать 40 минут. Первый мой подобный отзыв был по филиалу на Абая-Туркебаева. Я конечно не помазанник божий, но именно мне не везёт с Наватом)) Ещё один минус столовый приборник, для приборов, мне попался в пятнах и остатках пищи. Неприятно.

The wait was not long, the order was given in a package where it was visually visible that the order was ours, the only box was in a paper bag. Upon arrival home, I found that instead of two pieces of samsa, there was one. It is extremely unpleasant that it was paid for two pieces, but in fact they put one in. From now on, orders should be checked thoroughly and better in the presence of staff. There are no complaints about the dishes themselves, everything was very tasty, but the impression was spoiled.
