We would like to express our deep disappointment with the service in your establishment during an important meeting between two families — the bride and groom. In advance, we clarified and agreed that we would order the main dish — "Yurt". We were informed that the cooking time will be an hour and a half, and we will be able to place an order upon arrival. We arrived at the restaurant at 20:15, so we expected the dish to be served by 22:00. However, at 10:30 a.m. we were informed that our order had not been "penetrated" at all and, in fact, had not been prepared. Instead of apologies, we were offered another dish, kurdak, which was served 40 minutes later. Moreover, the cost of this dish turned out to be higher, but no one warned us about this in advance. As a result, the main course was served after more than three hours of waiting. All this time we had to order tea, compotes and other items, which was not part of our plans. As a "compliment," we were simply served several compotes and teapots of tea, without even asking what we wanted. At that time, it was already completely irrelevant, and, in fact, useless. We were offered only a 5% discount on all this. We consider such compensation disproportionate to the mistake made, given that it was a fateful meeting between the two sides, which your institution was supposed to make comfortable, but instead the atmosphere was ruined. Then, at that moment, we didn't complain, because we were very excited about the event and the meeting. But now, after a week, we realize that we still have to draw your attention to this serious situation. We ask you to consider it and propose a solution that will meet the level of your responsibility to the guests.

In general, this particular place was recommended to us by a taxi driver, we talked for a very long time, I asked where to eat exactly the local cuisine that he likes himself and he suggested this place purely in his own way. Personally, I have five stars. The staff is lovely, very friendly. We tried beshbarmak- I liked it, the wife took manta rays - by the way, they turned out to be the best of all the establishments that we visited in Bishkek, and she is a fastidious lady. In general, we gathered a lot of food, did not calculate our stomachs, we had to take them with us. The portions are quite generous, keep this in mind when ordering. We were there in June, in the afternoon, the heat was wild, and there was air conditioning and so on. By the way, there is a children's room, so the children have something to do. Near the toilet there is something like a tray with souvenir decorations if anyone needs it.
