Food was ok but they forgot about our lagman noodles. The waiters only realised when I told them not to take our empty plates. We were ok with this, mistakes happen but while I was still eating my noodles they shoved the payment terminal in my face. I didn't even get an itemized receipt so I could check what I was paying for.

A chic restaurant with panoramic views of the city. It is located on the left bank, in the center. It is located in the shopping center on the second floor. I was impressed by its authenticity and luxury. The interior is fascinating. I was pleased with the large spacious hall. I was delighted with the national Kazakh cuisine. Everything is cooked in the best traditions, as if they are cooked at home, with great love. Polite staff in Kazakh national costumes. This is a rare case when I can put 10 out of 10 according to all criteria:

We had lunch at the Navat restaurant in both Almaty and Astana. December 14 and 15, 2024. I really liked everything! Excellent quality of national cuisine, attentive and professional service) I would like to mention the musical accompaniment - world hits performed on national instruments. Recommend 👍🏻

Cozy atmosphere! I was there with the children at the invitation of my family, at the entrance to the institution on the right there is a children's area with toys and a TV with cartoons, and right at the entrance there is a friendly staff and politely offers to escort to an empty table, suggest a menu. The cuisine is oriental, the portions are large, clean, beautiful, the prices are adequate. For dinner and lunch with family or in good company is the best thing. Hot baursaks are served as a compliment from the institution! I recommend it!

They took takeaways. Among the advantages, there is a very tasty lamb lula, quads and good chebureks. The rest was disappointing. They put an old wooden cake. The veal kebab was stale, as was the lamb kebab. The chebureks were served with tomato sauce, which was musty and had a characteristic odor. The chicken shish kebab is dry. I'm sure the kitchen wouldn't have the guts to bring this into the hall. And what is the difference between takeaway guests? Shame. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I have repeatedly left comments about the Navat restaurant chain. Very nice restaurant with attentive staff. The food is always delicious, but as they say: "there is a hole in the old woman," I go to these restaurants often. They brought the order not cooked, I made a remark to the waiter, so after that they took the dish, cooked it again and eventually removed it from the payment. They asked me to excuse them. I think it's a great attitude towards the client.

The place is not bad, atmospheric, but:
- quite a long service at lunchtime;
- on the first visit, the waiter forgot to send the order for the soup that I ordered to the kitchen. Fortunately, I've already had enough;
- on the second visit, I was punched pancakes three times (5500 tenge for three pancakes), motivated by the fact that there are 3 pancakes in a serving. I asked to connect the manager and the error was fixed.

A really good teahouse! We often visit Astana, and we often drop in there with our family. The interior is very beautiful, it is cozy to be there. At the entrance, a hostess met us and escorted us to an empty table (A hostess in this teahouse is really needed, because every day there is almost a full boarding, and sometimes you have to wait for a place to be vacated). The waiter was polite and knew the menu well. How tea is poured there is a separate art. But the question arises, why 4 stars, I answer. The dishes are cooked for a very long time, we sat and waited for almost 20 minutes, there is even a dish that is cooked for 40 minutes, therefore 4 stars. You can't even touch the quality and serving of the dishes, everything is very tasty and beautiful. We really like it! Recommend.

I was next to this shopping center in Astana, and we were told that there is this restaurant there. So we found it among the snack bars, went in, and were stunned by the beauty. It was just such a contrast, and the service is not bad. We were treated to a milk drink and baursaks...Mmm, yummy.
Mom ordered a shorpa, and I ordered porridge.
Shorpa for 3 cups, the porridge was delicious, but unfortunately I did not say about sugar.
In general, you can visit the restaurant again...

It's a terrible place. Long service time. I ordered a sorpa. She was fat and warm. And the plate was with a marriage. She asked me to change the plate and heat it up. They brought it in about twenty minutes. I was hungry and sitting all in tears. I won't forget this place and I don't recommend it to anyone. Sorry for that review.
