A great restaurant. A wide menu. The traditional dishes are very tasty. The portions are large, in my opinion there are more portions in Bishkek than in Almaty. The staff is trying to make your visit to the institution better. Well done! Everything is clean. I wish the owner to open establishments in Russian cities. They will be successful. Prices in Almaty are higher than in Bishkek restaurants.

I really liked this chain cafe. The national flavor is represented in interesting interiors. The menu is rich in dishes (with photos, which is very convenient). Delicious! The service is attentive. There is alcohol in this establishment.

A chain restaurant, I do not recommend it if you want to get acquainted with the national cuisine. The interior is pleasant, that's probably all.
Half of the lamb dishes are missing, the beshbarmak is strange, the meat is cut as if into manti, sooooo small, so it's just stupidly inconvenient to even put it on a plate. The kebab is small pieces of meat and, apparently, a chicken is added, but since it was brought slightly warm, the frozen fat was chewed.
Although, in fairness, manta rays are normal, salads are also ok.

Delicious local cuisine, good price tag. For tourists, it's just the thing for tasting. Alcoholic cocktails are not very good, I do not recommend it)
And I'm shooting a star for the staff. In Kyrgyzstan, the service is automatically included in the receipt. And in a particular institution, people do not try at all, they asked for a glass of water, it was brought after all the dishes and drinks, although they were reminded 3 times.
Another time they carried beer for a long time.
At breakfast, they said that the coffee machine was heating up, so there would be no coffee.
But I don't consider these to be critical disadvantages, so you can go)

We visited several times during our trip, unfortunately the first and last visits differ sharply not in favor of the best.
On the first day, we took a couple of salads and each took a horse meat beshbarmak! Just fire! Plus baklava is great! On the second day, it's the opposite! Beshbarmak with mutton has already regretted the meat, they took the lamb kebab (flesh) almost all returned (veins, cartilage, not to live), it was removed from the bill....I wish you stability! Is it not a lot to charge 15% for the service???

Отличное кафе/ресторан в национальном стиле и кухней средней Азии ( и не только ). Если вы приехали в Кыргызстан в качестве труриста - идите смело, не пожалеете.
Богатый выбор блюд, очень приемлемая цена (Я сравниваю с Российскими городами миллинникаии) и качество еды - точно ее отправитесь и останетесь довольны.
Очень советую лагман/цомян и жареные манты. А из традиционно национального - ьешбамак и обязательно боорсоки (баурсаки).
На компанию из 8 людей мы суммарно отдали окло 9500 сом (около 9000 рублей по состоянию курса на июля 2023)

Очень уютно, национальный колорит. Всё, что пробовали, было вкусно. Быстрая подача, вежливый персонал. Цены выше, чем в аналогичных заведениях, сбор за обслуживание 15% (в других местах, где мы были, сбор составлял не более 10%)

Все очень вкусно, порции, по восточному, большие. Выбор блюд тоже отличный. Интерьер красивый, хороший ремонт. Персонал доброжелательный.
Минусы:
При том что ресторан довольно большой, в нём совсем не большой туалет.

Мое любимое кафе. Если сюда не зашёл, считай и не был в Бишкеке. Очень приятная атмосфера, прикольном музыкальное сопровождение, замечательное меню и качество блюд. Очень приветливый персонал. Свои любимые блюда уже говорю без меню, запомнил наизусть

Очень посредственное место, которое по какой-то причине пользуется популярностью.
Заказал плов (собственно ради которого я туда и пришел), спустя 5 минут после принятия заказа мне сообщили, что он закончился. Заказал жареный лагман и салат вместо него. И вот спустя 30-40 минут мне приносят их ВМЕСТЕ (про очередность блюд тут не слышали).
Салат - обычный майонезный, без особого вкуса. НО в него положили помидоры без отрезанных «попок». Это вообще как? Просто отвратительно
Лагман - еще хуже, безвкусное блюдо с кучей масла и буквально парой маленьких тонких кусочков говядины, которые вдобавок еще и жесткие.
Ах да, еще приносили лимонад - вода, разбавленная супер сладкими сиропами.
Не ходите сюда, плохой столовский уровень с завышенными ценами.
