Even when I entered, the staff didn't guide me and avoided my gaze. I sat down, but they gave me a menu and didn't take my order for a long time. They didn't even give me a pre-meal drink or bread.

I visited the Navat tea house and was very impressed! The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and everything is oriental — you feel like you're in a real fairy tale. Top-level service: the staff is friendly, attentive and responds to any requests with a smile. And the kitchen is just a delight! I especially liked the East Kazakhstan dishes: juicy beshbarmak, fragrant sorghum, tender manti and fresh tortillas - everything is prepared with soul and homely. The tea is served real and fragrant — the perfect end to the meal. Here you want not just to eat, but to relax, enjoy the taste and atmosphere. I definitely recommend the Navat Teahouse to anyone who appreciates delicious food, oriental hospitality and comfort.

Oh, it's delicious here!!! If you want to taste Kazakhstan, then you are here! A wide variety of national menu! I took a Shoe and was very impressed! We were surprised by the large cauldrons right in the restaurant, next time I'll take pilaf!. Good service! I recommend it!

It would be all right. Both the atmosphere and the dishes are at a good level. But the fact that the staff doesn't know about allergens is a terrible disadvantage. I asked a hundred times about the nuts in the chak-chak and was assured that there were none. It turned out that there is. The result is a corrupted one. I won't go a second time.

Very authentic: atmosphere, cuisine, music. A huge selection of dishes. Very friendly staff. We were given time to sort out the menu, quickly accepted the order and everything was delivered on time. We even checked that everything meets expectations. I really liked the food.
