The service is also on top, there is a record for a month and a notification for a day on WhatsApp, they always offer seasonally - either lemonade in summer, hot tea or water in winter and there is always good quality whiskey😁

For the information of the salon: the consumer has the right to specify the availability of permits in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, as well as, in particular, other information about the services provided (cost, materials, etc.). In general, I do not recommend, the "hanger" with which this theater begins does not inspire confidence, either in terms of permits for the provision of such services, not in terms of rough service.

I signed up for a women's haircut, as a result, they washed and dried my hair for 40 minutes, and cut it for 8 minutes. They refused to remove the split ends after milling, because straight hair would suit me better. I left the salon with the feeling that I needed to sign up for a haircut somewhere, since they could cut my hair exactly at home.
