I don't recommend contacting them to anyone. At other tour operators or at the so-called bazaars, trips on the same yachts are sold for 2 times cheaper - we compared other offers after an unsuccessful experience with Navis. So, we contacted Navis Tour to advertise instabloggers. Our manager, Elena, was a lying person and an incompetent employee. The photos of the yacht we booked did not match the boat that was actually provided to us. Navis manager Elena admitted that the photos of the boat provided to us were taken 9 years ago. And she doesn't see a problem with the fact that the boat has been worn out for 9 years, and the tree in the picture has turned into cheap plastic.Navis manager Elena also admitted that she did not compare photos of a real boat with photos of a yacht that she sells to tourists, which indicates her incompetence. We made an advance payment of 20% of the yacht's value. When we were brought to the boat, and we pointed out to Elena that the photos being sold did not match the real picture of the boat, we offered Elena to refund our money. Moreover, Elena agreed with us that there are inconsistencies. Elena refused to refund the prepayment. As a result, the captain of the boat, Mehmet, offered to negotiate with him directly for a lower cost, which we did. But the first impression was ruined anyway, and overall we didn't like it. Conclusion: we do not recommend contacting Navis, as there is a high probability of fraud on their part. Go to the nearest Turkish bazaar or to a walking street, there you will find more adequate offers from travel agencies.
