It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. I come, practically, as to my home :)).Service 10 out of 10 :)) The staff is very attentive and friendly. Promptly solves all issues. The rooms are cozy and clean. The breakfasts are excellent :)). The hotel is located next to the metro station.

Nice hotel. Quite a variety of breakfasts, scrambled eggs and omelets are prepared on request. The rooms are not big, but with a huge bed and cool mattresses. The hotel staff is responsive. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard.

The hotel is good. The rooms are bright and have a good area, there are towels, slippers, toilet sets, water and juices. A great buffet in the morning and a nice, albeit small restaurant on the ground floor. The location is close to the city center and within walking distance from the Expocenter.

Terrible attitude towards the guests! The reservation was cancelled a few days before arrival. We booked more than 2 months in advance. As a result, we found someone "our own" or a more convenient client for the hotel and we were simply notified that the reservation had been cancelled! Terrible attitude towards people! If you don't want to stay without accommodation, stay somewhere else!

The hotel is comfortable and cool. There is only one remark: to the gouges at the reception. In a half-empty hotel, I arrived at 20-00, opposite to the room, at 3 a.m., an Afronegrove family with three 5.6-year-old children, who, having climbed down from a palm tree, arranged a safari in the corridor. The reception did not answer the phone calls, I had to yell at Mowgli. However, the children, having been frightened, immediately calmed down. But the impression of the hotel has multiplied by Zero since 5!
