I handled a difficult situation by proxy. The bank couldn't help, but they tried) the lawyer, the chief accountant, had a feeling of willingness to help, but not the most confident command of the situation. I solved the issue in a different way, there was no time to push and argue with the bank. At least everyone is friendly, but the procedures are not all perfect, of course.
