It's just a disgusting bank, they don't receive SMS messages for transactions. The app only shows the translation, and then only for outgoing messages. There is no information about incoming transfers, and no information about payments either. You call the call center in line 92, you don't have enough nerves to wait. The chatbot doesn't work, you call the number listed on the official website, they say it doesn't exist. Not a bank, but Sharashkin's office. I don't recommend contacting them at all.

I wanted to buy tenge, the website gives it out, I arrived, the cashier stood in line, says we have only 2000 tenge, that's 52,000 soums. The National Bank does not disgrace itself, then do not sell tenge and do not mislead buyers that you have tenge in exchange offices.… The cashier says, go to the branch on Khadr, we called there is the entire amount, but I only need 400,000 tenge. I'm saying they won't be able to guarantee the availability of this amount within 2-3 hours. The cashier called Khadra, clarified with me and even told them my last name and first name, that within 2-3 hours I could go and buy there. Arriving at Khadra, it turns out that they have only 200,000 tenge, they offered to go to the airport branch. Is the amount of 800 dollars in tenge a problem for the National Bank? Then do not sell this currency and do not deceive customers by wasting our time on such a small thing!!!

Very bad. The staff are unpleasant. Corruption is rampant. At the bank, the employee asked the cashier to double-check the price for the statement, which should generally be done for free. Okay, 30 thousand something for this is not so much, but the employee persistently pressed the girl at the checkout so that she punched my payment 2 times for some reason. "The second check is my commission." What else is her commission?? The girl and I stood at the cash register in a stupor and did not understand anything. When I asked why I should pay a second time, she simply replied: "I do not know, honestly. You don't have to pay the second time at all, I don't understand." I'm not a scandalous girl, I didn't say anything, but I was terribly uncomfortable with what biased employees work at the national bank. Do you know what's next? When I came to get my discharge, as it turned out, it just wasn't done. Allegedly, there were not enough funds on the card and in general, "when there is more than $ 2,000, then come." Seriously??? Why couldn't I have been told about it right away? Why did I have to pay for it twice? This attitude towards customers is a disgrace. She left with a disgusting feeling of dislike for our whole country at once... sadly, no progress.

I think it is important to emphasize the inadmissibility of charging a fee for withdrawing funds from your own card at the bank itself. One of the key advantages that banks attract customers with is the convenience of using their own ATMs to withdraw cash. However, to my regret, NBU decides to charge additional interest for this service. I understand that banks need to support their financial stability, but charging fees for their own transactions seems illegal and inconvenient for customers. This creates additional costs for us, the customers, and detracts from the bank's credibility. I hope that NBU will take into account the opinions of its customers and review its commission policy. Otherwise, such practices can lead to the loss of clients, including me.

Today I wanted to buy 500 euros at the branch where the Grand World Hotel is located. It was 3:40 p.m. The girl at the checkout said that she didn't have time for me, so she needed to calculate the money in amounts and it would take her a long time?!! Because they would close soon (they work until 17.00 it says), I better leave... Then she condescended to me and sent me to another ticket office, which is located at the entrance to the hotel. They told me they didn't have any euros. And I had to go back to this girl and ask her to change the money. I don't understand why a client should beg, humiliate himself? Well, it would also be some kind of large sum.. That's 500 euros. The National Bank of Uzbekistan! In the end, they didn't change the money for me, saying that my passport expired, even though it's valid until 2034! But she doesn't have that much information in her database. On the same day, I went to the passport office, where they checked everything and said that there were no problems with the passport. In general, we exhausted our nerves and time. One man, a bank employee, made a remark to this girl, otherwise she didn't even want to talk to me... Special thanks to him! If your employees decide for themselves how long they will work, whether to accept clients or not, let me warn you, I will not look at the bank's work schedule, but find out from your employees what their mood is in terms of work.
