When I arrived, there were 2 windows and an operator. We served everyone for more than 30 minutes, while the staff constantly leave, talk a lot, give some explanations, but the issue does not move.... They can't answer the questions clearly. We made it to the closing at 17:00, and even then the customers continued to stand because their questions were not being resolved.. I had to leave, and so it was the second day… The worst and slowest service I've seen in 4 years in the country. I do not recommend visiting those who value nerves and time. It is better to get to the NBU central offices.
