Polite, helpful staff, but the queues are very long. You have to wait 2-3 hours to receive the transfer. There are only 2 operators working. As it is , it 's normal

Everything is clean and tidy. The service is excellent, beautiful girls help you at the reception. You can charge your phone in the waiting room. There are few queues.
