Inside, everything looks pretty solid and formal: spacious halls, air conditioners, an electronic queue, cleanliness and order. The atmosphere is conducive to resolving financial issues calmly. 👨‍💼 Service: The bank's staff are generally polite and try to help. Sometimes the queue may not move as fast as we would like, especially during rush hours, but this is typical for most large banks. I am glad that there is an electronic queue system and you can track your number on the screen. Experts explain everything in an accessible way, help to sort out the documents if something is unclear. , Services and products: Currency exchange is one of the most stable exchange rates, the procedure is quick and without unnecessary formalities. Deposits and loans — a fairly wide range is offered, there are both short-term and long-term programs, and the interest rates are competitive. International transfers work stably, you can easily send or receive money from abroad. Online banking and the mobile application have recently become noticeably better, the interface has become more convenient, there are basic functions: transfers, payment for utilities, balance control. , Advantages: A large network of branches throughout Uzbekistan. Reliability (after all, it is the largest bank in the country, with state support). Good quality of consultations. Support for international transactions and maps. , Cons: Sometimes there are queues and long waits. Not all processes are automated, and some documents have to be processed manually. Online banking could be even more functional (for example, add more opportunities for investments and analytics).

Like basically all banks. They don't want to miss the client and try their best to persuade you not to close the account. I came to open an account so that the pension would be credited to the card. The queue, the loss of time, and it all turned out to be in vain. They didn't tell me that Hulk Banks was dealing with this issue. As a result, I waited a month for the pension to be credited, and the balance on the card is 0. The NBU came, it was the turn again, it was time, and only now they said that the Hulk of the bank was dealing with this issue.

I stood in line for two hours to change the bills. It's a waste of time, people go out of line to their friends at the checkout to avoid wasting time. So maybe you can make cash registers for "Your Own", why should the guests of the city beat the threshold and spend their time exchanging currency for several hours, some kind of disrespect for tourists I wanted to contact the bank's management, but I wasn't there. Of the advantages, it seems to me that a more or less good bank compared to other banks in Uzbekistan, but even that is terrible!!!!! The operators treat the customer terribly. Especially the first girl operator. I went to the bank at 9 a.m. It seems that they should work with 9, out of 6 operators, only 2 are on site and they do not accept them. By 9:30 they started accepting, the queue was 35, but I waited an hour and a half. Then I came to the operator, it turns out that their system does not work!!!! Bullying (I note that all operators do it to their close friends without waiting in line!! And others need a queue ticket!!) we live in the 21st century (the age of innovation and artificial intelligence, but our people have to wait in line for 2-3 hours at least). I do not know if the directors of the bank read this, if so. Before the reform, it is impossible to tolerate it. Other banks are even worse. I advise you to create a possible queue online through the application with an approximate indication of the time!!!

Firstly, not all cash registers are working, which is why the waiting time increases significantly. In addition, some customers are allowed to skip the queue, which causes dissatisfaction among other visitors. Unfortunately, some employees behave quite rudely, which leaves a negative impression. In general, there is something to work on to improve the level of service in the bank.

The most terrible bank. I opened an account 20206, joyfully went home. Money has arrived, the application is not about anything, money cannot be withdrawn from the account, only to come to the bank and inside the application it is not how not to spend it (( I decided to change the bank and went. I took a ticket to the queue from 2 o'clock to 17:30 at the bank, I sagged. It turns out that they are standing at the window, they are accepted without a queue, because many see the queue and leave and empty seats remain. My turn was 334 , there was a 156 turn at the moment . Okay, I've been sitting like a good girl. My turn came, I was sent to another operator, then another to another, I returned to the first one, they tell me we will do well. They do it in 2 minutes, I go to the cashier, they give money to everyone at the cashier, they tell me the cashier is closed. I was shocked when the cash register opened at 5, but they still gave it to everyone until 5:30, but not to me. As a result, I had to come on the trail. Day. In the morning. They did it for me quickly, I took the money. I go up to the cashier , they're sitting there like damn angry dogs , they don't want to bother me again, they send me to the cashier 20, there I wait for another queue, then they give me money. I am relieved to leave so that THEY will NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!
