It's the same level here. The production period is clear - 6 weeks, and even the date was clearly written in the contract. The measurement technologist promised within a couple of days arrived two weeks later, immediately after I called myself and clarified whether everything was according to plan. We didn't make it to the deadline, I'm calling myself again, they call a new deadline, and it's already passed too. Naturally, you need to call and clarify yourself again. They can't name a new deadline, because someone can't name something for them either. The competition in the market is minimal, the attitude towards the client (to me personally) is appropriate. Gentlemen, if you have a force majeure, a delay in deadlines, you yourself somehow notify about it, you have learned to do it a hundred times for a long time. If it's so hard, make an additional service, I'm ready to pay a hundred rubles extra, as long as they tell me the truth, and not marketing nonsense. They don't call you to bother you, but to understand if you still exist at all, or if you already have to run to court and try to return the money faster.
