The printer was taken away and kept for a whole week, they promised that they would repair it, but they never did. Then they don't even call to say, "Come and pick up your product." Money is expensive, but my product has not been repaired. I can't recommend it — it's a bad place. The equipment is left in the same broken condition, nothing is repaired, they just charge a lot of money even for a simple inspection.
