On 07/10/2025, I came to buy myself a liquid at 11:40. There is no employee, as well as no warning sign or phone number (Photos will be below). Employee Karina arrived at 11:48 a.m. The service only made me even more upset. I haven't heard any good advice. I have been a customer of your network for a long time, but this is the first time I have encountered such "service". I'm very disappointed. Please pay attention to the work of this employee and take action.

I was one of the first and regular consumers of your products, until recently. I'm tired of tolerating the non-professional attitude of your employees - it feels like every time you come to make a purchase, you distract them from some very important things. And there is no queue. It feels like they're doing me a favor, and they're completely uninterested in their customers. Maybe you don't pay them enough for their work? I don't know. But they clearly don't like what they're doing and aren't interested. I have made purchases repeatedly and at your different points. It 's rare to get a good employee . I went to my competitors, and I don't want to come back. I give 3 stars for the delicious liquid and for the respect for such a long cooperation.
