We were so warmly welcomed that it was as if we had not come to a guest house in another country, but to old family friends. It was unexpected and very pleasant.
The house and rooms are very spacious, it feels like it was built wisely and for yourself - the owners Zaal and Nelly live here. A gorgeous well-kept garden, a veranda where it is so great to have breakfast in the morning.
The owner is a very colorful person) We arrived in the evening, he met us, showed us our room, and then sat us down at a table on the veranda, treated us to homemade wine and tea, and we talked for a couple more hours. And in the morning, Zaal told us where to go and how best to organize our time in Kakheti.
We were fascinated by Kakheti and our hosts and we definitely want to come back here!

This is a great guest house in Telavi. Unfortunately, we only spent one night here, as we were very limited in time.
The house is simply amazing, great attention to detail and minutiae, everything is done with understanding and taste. There are many books that complement the overall atmosphere of comfort. There is love and rigor in the interior. We liked it all very much. A place where you can look at the details of the house for a long time and just enjoy it. The owners live in the same house and the fact that they let guests directly into their house, and not some special or separate one, adds charm to this place. It is clear that everything here is filled with life.
The hosts are very intelligent and educated people, hospitable and know their business in terms of receiving guests. The only disadvantage for us is that we were here for too little time and did not have time to communicate and get to know the owners better. We will try to fix it next time. By the way, we were treated to wine, the house has its own marani, the owner makes wine himself. The wine matched the house itself.
There is also a garden on the territory, the rooms have verandas where there is a lot of greenery. A convenient grilling area. The rooms themselves are very cozy, have everything you need, clean and high-quality linen. Nice bed.
So I boldly recommend this place and advise you to stay here for at least 2-3 nights and hope to return for a longer time. And thanks for the hospitality.

A wonderful place!
If you want to feel real Georgian hospitality, then you will get it here.
We lived in a huge bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the loggia (the loggia is combined with the next bedroom, but can be isolated if desired).
The owners are very intelligent, communication with them was a lot of pleasure.
I will recommend this place to all my friends who will go to Telavi.
It is difficult to find excursions in Telavi, but Zaal helped us find a car and make up a route, in a couple of days we saw most of the key places in this region.

A great place for a family vacation. Very sincere hosts! There is nature and silence all around. We stayed in a room with a kitchen on the balcony, although in winter we could not really taste all the delights of it, but in the afternoon we had a great time. What else is needed for happiness😍

A private house, the owners live on the ground floor. Rooms are rented on the second floor. Everything is decorated with great love. The garden is amazing. The rooms have everything you need and even more: a huge balcony with a table and chairs, a small kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the morning we were treated to a delicious homemade breakfast. The house stands on the edge of Telavi, right next to the forest. Peace and quiet. For relaxation, that's it.
