Having received the task to buy crystal glasses in Minsk, upon arrival I found the closest store, 12 minutes on foot from Minsk Central and Independence Square, you enter the passage to the metro and directly to Stolitsa shopping center, down one floor and here is a large Neman store. We have a lot of things on Ozone, and they don't have half of what's in the store on their website. Glasses for any drink, damasks, decanters, vases. Excellent products. The price is good for 6 glasses from the new collection of 4,200 rubles. Drinking glasses 2100. Discount a lot of the price in half. If you like to set the table with crystal, go here. The service is discreet Belarusian. At first, they didn't even say hello, I think that's how it's done, no, the locals came to pick me up, hello, somehow they probably didn't look at me as a customer. Then, when I bought it, they even seemed to smile and praised the choice, saying that most of the time we send these glasses all the way to France. I've been there twice, and the second time was milder, but I'm not upset, the price smooths everything out. So be prepared, but it's just a matter of luck)

We went to this store on purpose, and we looked at a couple of positions in Grodno, but we didn't have time to make a decision before closing. The factory impressed me. I've always loved crystal, and now I've seen how it's created. Crystal production is something! The process of creating a shape, when you look at it live, is fascinating. I couldn't tear myself away from this magical action! Then the workshop, where a drawing is applied to the workpiece. The masters answer the questions, show everything. Everyone was given a gift. Then we visited the museum with unique works made by the factory's craftsmen, and after that we went to the store. I recommend going to the factory on your own, rather than with an excursion, so you will have more time to enjoy the beauty in the museum and choose a good thing in the store. You can make an appointment by phone and arrive at a convenient time. However, the payment is only for cash, this must be taken into account. Money can be withdrawn or changed at the bank across the street. Also, by the way, there is a good cafe next to the entrance, where you can have a snack while waiting for the tour.

There are discounts, although the prices are quite reasonable, considering how much crystal costs in other countries..there are also individual works of great value. Unbearable conditions I am very disappointed to visit this store! It is simply impossible to stay inside — there is nothing to breathe, like in a sauna. It's very hot, and the air conditioner either doesn't work or it doesn't work at all. The air is stale, and my head starts to hurt right away. Management doesn't seem to be paying attention to this, and customers are forced to endure or leave. Such a climate is not only unpleasant, but also dangerous to health, especially for children and the elderly. Until conditions improve, I advise you to avoid this store. It's better to overpay elsewhere than suffer here. Fix the ventilation, otherwise you will lose customers!
