A wonderful hotel in the center of Grodno on Stefan Batory Street. Nearby are central Sovetskaya Street and the Drama Theater, St. Francis Xavier's Church, pharmacy Museum No. 1, the oldest church of the Finding of the Holy Cross, the Bernardine Monastery, the Nativity of the Virgin Monastery. Our room is bright and spacious, overlooking the city. We stayed for two nights to explore Grodno. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast and a dinner of your choice. We really like the hotel. Thanks to the service staff for their hospitality, courteous service and willingness to help with any questions.

She lived in a single room from January 07 to January 10, 2026. The room is spacious and clean. The batteries are well heated, there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom, and hot water immediately flows from the faucet. The hotel has an elevator. There is a water cooler in the lobby, but often there was no water in it. There is a kettle, a cup, a tea bag and sugar in the room. There was a 0.5 bottle of water when we checked in. The windows of the room faced the courtyard. One of the advantages: excellent location of the hotel. The Old and New castles are 7-10 minutes on foot, and Sovetskaya pedestrian street is the same distance away, in the other direction. Across the street is the most beautiful church in Grodno and a pharmacy museum. And other attractions within walking distance. One of the disadvantages: in the bathroom, there is a non-closing hatch with pipes on the wall. On the first day, the room was completely cleaned and the bed was made, on the second day, only the bathroom was cleaned, the bed was not made. The biggest disappointment is the food. I ordered breakfast and dinner. The first two mornings, breakfast was a buffet, and the sausages were not delicious. The finished dishes were not immediately brought to the marmites, so I had to ask them to take out the omelet. When asked to bring teaspoons, the breakfast manager said that they were probably at the sink. This is a wonderful comment, but it is completely unnecessary for hotel guests. On the eve of the third morning, the reception desk announced that breakfast would be served tomorrow according to selected dishes, due to the low occupancy rate of the hotel. I chose an omelet dish. At breakfast itself, it turned out that you can drink only one small cup of coffee and in no case the second. Why are there such restrictions? At the same time, they didn't even put a carafe of water. And the dinners didn't work out either. One dish to choose from and a glass of mors. The draniki arrived burnt, the waiter took the dish and left. There was no apology, no suggestion to replace the dish. I had to go to another cafe to have dinner. Wherever I ordered dinners, I was offered a small portion of salad, hot food, bread and a drink to choose from (tea, coffee or fruit drinks). It is a pity that a good restaurant in the city center is idle and not fully operational for hotel guests and for visitors from the street. In general, the hotel is a good place to stay, but there are nuances with the service.

The main advantages: it is located in the very center of the city, there is a closed parking for cars, there is a cozy restaurant where Swedish breakfasts and complex dinners are organized, which is very convenient when you come to an unfamiliar city. I would also like to mention the friendly staff, who lovingly ensures comfort and cleanliness. The only wish is to add some furniture elements to the standard rooms, because they are large and look half-empty: armchairs, a table, a floor lamp.
