A wonderful hotel in the center of Grodno on Stefan Batory Street. Nearby are central Sovetskaya Street and the Drama Theater, St. Francis Xavier's Church, pharmacy Museum No. 1, the oldest church of the Finding of the Holy Cross, the Bernardine Monastery, the Nativity of the Virgin Monastery. Our room is bright and spacious, overlooking the city. We stayed for two nights to explore Grodno. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast and a dinner of your choice. We really like the hotel. Thanks to the service staff for their hospitality, courteous service and willingness to help with any questions.

She lived in a single room from January 07 to January 10, 2026. The room is spacious and clean. The batteries are well heated, there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom, and hot water immediately flows from the faucet. The hotel has an elevator. There is a water cooler in the lobby, but often there was no water in it. There is a kettle, a cup, a tea bag and sugar in the room. There was a 0.5 bottle of water when we checked in. The windows of the room faced the courtyard. One of the advantages: excellent location of the hotel. The Old and New castles are 7-10 minutes on foot, and Sovetskaya pedestrian street is the same distance away, in the other direction. Across the street is the most beautiful church in Grodno and a pharmacy museum. And other attractions within walking distance. One of the disadvantages: in the bathroom, there is a non-closing hatch with pipes on the wall. On the first day, the room was completely cleaned and the bed was made, on the second day, only the bathroom was cleaned, the bed was not made. The biggest disappointment is the food. I ordered breakfast and dinner. The first two mornings, breakfast was a buffet, and the sausages were not delicious. The finished dishes were not immediately brought to the marmites, so I had to ask them to take out the omelet. When asked to bring teaspoons, the breakfast manager said that they were probably at the sink. This is a wonderful comment, but it is completely unnecessary for hotel guests. On the eve of the third morning, the reception desk announced that breakfast would be served tomorrow according to selected dishes, due to the low occupancy rate of the hotel. I chose an omelet dish. At breakfast itself, it turned out that you can drink only one small cup of coffee and in no case the second. Why are there such restrictions? At the same time, they didn't even put a carafe of water. And the dinners didn't work out either. One dish to choose from and a glass of mors. The draniki arrived burnt, the waiter took the dish and left. There was no apology, no suggestion to replace the dish. I had to go to another cafe to have dinner. Wherever I ordered dinners, I was offered a small portion of salad, hot food, bread and a drink to choose from (tea, coffee or fruit drinks). It is a pity that a good restaurant in the city center is idle and not fully operational for hotel guests and for visitors from the street. In general, the hotel is a good place to stay, but there are nuances with the service.

The only difference is a slightly bigger bed, a bathrobe and cheap slippers, and an unnecessary mini-bar. But a regular single without all the bells and whistles was better than an improved one. In the improved one, the batteries are cold, the lamp light is dim, the toilet seat is breathing hard, and the toilet shelf is full of rust. And besides, the regular one was on the high floor, and the superior one was on the second floor. Both the view and the view are worse. Well, it's strange, don't you agree? Despite the fact that the windows overlook the street and it can be noisy at times of heavy traffic activity, I always have positive emotions about this hotel. The only request: glue the carpet to the baseboard. I will write a few disadvantages: I checked in on 11/24/2025 and there was no buffet that day, but the fish with cottage cheese was so delicious that I give all 5 stars. The carpet peeled off the baseboard and the slightly narrow beds. As for the cons: on weekends, breakfast is an hour later (not from seven as usual, but from eight), but it also ends at 10 a.m. We could have made it an hour longer. When booking a room, breakfast and dinner are already included in the price, and you can't choose a room without them. For example, on Sunday, at 8 to 10 a.m. we were at competitions and physically could not have breakfast, although, in fact, they took money from us for breakfast. At the same time, they also didn't offer boxing, as we don't have an early departure. Dinner was a choice, dishes are selected at the reception, where a strange question was asked: when are we going to eat. It's strange because in the evening you don't really want to plan your time based on dinner at the hotel. The portions are small, so it's better if you walk around the city a lot to buy yourself something to eat in the room. My son ordered draniki, which he did not like, I tried them, indeed the draniki here are 3 out of 10, so I do not recommend it. As for the price, it's not cheap at all, but considering that it's the city center, it's acceptable. In our case, the cost of a double room was almost 300 Belarusian rubles. But overall, it's a great place to spend the night and be in the center of Grodno. P.S. There is a parking lot in the courtyards, it is difficult to get there without knowing the place, I would say impossible (we did not find the entrance at night), so I attached a map in the photos showing how to get there.

The plumbing in the room is tired, and the furniture is minimalistic. But the most unpleasant effect was produced by breakfast. There is not much choice and all the dishes are cold. Although dinner is included in the room rate, it is presented by the staff as a compliment from the hotel, but you need to choose from 5 dishes at the reception in advance (one menu daily) and at the same time arrive at a strictly defined time. Unfortunately, I didn't like the hotel.

Independence Day was celebrated on July 3 and the breakfast time was shifted, no one warned about it. After that, I had to stand in line to sit at an empty table. This is probably the only thing that upset and shifted the plans for the day a little, as it was necessary to leave and the road was planned to be long, the extra hour was expensive. I rate the hotel 5 stars, despite the minor drawback. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back. Thanks!

When asked if it was possible to change the mattress, the nice girls at the reception gave a categorical "no". 2. Low lighting in the room, but many hotels are guilty of this. 3. The refrigerator is weak, almost does not cool, there is no freezer.

If you need to clarify something, it's better to call yourself. I sent two letters with questions, they got through, but I haven't received a response in three weeks. All major attractions are close, the hotel is located in the very center. 2) There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. That's where the advantages ended( Minuses: 1) When we first arrived at the hotel, we were faced with the unfriendly communication and the indifferent gaze of the receptionist. Yes, we arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but we understood this and were ready to wait. To our question: do you have a storage room for your personal belongings, we received the answer: yes, put it there, nothing will happen… Well, that's it( 2) The hotel does not have a trash can. I'm a smoker. I am aware of the rules according to which smoking is not allowed in the hotel, so, naturally, I went outside. But I came across the fact that you need to go to the next house to get to the nearest trash can (either to Amatista or Bathory). By the way, I also noticed similar "runners" among the hotel guests. But the area in front of the entrance allows you to install 1-2 trash cans.… 3)The restaurant's incomprehensible operation. We were told that it does not work like a regular restaurant, but only for breakfast and dinner for the guests. It's just that you can't come and order from the menu. Besides, the dinners are just plain tasteless. It's not my first time in Belarus, I really love this country and the local cuisine, but these pancakes for dinner were the worst of all that I ate... the breakfasts are normal, I can't say anything. 4) Cleaning is lame. Upon check-in, they found an opened piece of soap (apparently from past guests). The bed is practically not refilled when cleaning. I'm a man, and I'd rather fill up in the morning in a hurry.… 5)Very narrow elevators. Two people can stand comfortably in it. Well, at most, plus a child. Otherwise, you have to wait for an empty elevator to arrive. Something like that. I don't know if it's systematic or if I'm "lucky", but I'm extremely unhappy with the hotel and I ask you to take note of the described shortcomings.

At first, we booked an apartment, but had to move out on the first day around midnight, faced with poor conditions. Fortunately, the website of the Neman Hotel made it possible to book accommodation promptly. We were well received and five minutes later we were given a room key card. On the hotel's website, you can fully pay for your stay with a bank card, without burdening yourself with the care of withdrawing cash in Belarusian rubles. Summarizing: It's not the cheapest option, but it's reliable, nothing superfluous, everything you need is fresh and decent.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, on a tour of Belarus. We were amazed by the room with three windows (sort of like "standard") It's clean, the bed linen is new, the towels are dilapidated. Bathrobes with slippers are available. The room has a set of dishes, a kettle, and an ironing board. Tea bags, water. The disadvantage is that there is no individual air conditioner. There is some kind of ventilation system, but it was cold and we weren't interested in how it worked. Breakfast is a buffet, so-so. They do not replenish quickly, and there is not a lot of choice.
