The location is good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied, delicious, good coffee. The room was on the 3rd floor, Windows facing the courtyard. There is air conditioning, quiet. The room is large in size. I would like a better image quality on the TV. I couldn't connect to the Internet ((there is a kettle, tea and sugar in bags on the table, but there are no sockets! To boil the water, I had to flatter under the table and put the kettle on the floor! The bed has a bedside table type, but there are no sockets on both sides! There is no trash can in the room, the one in the bathroom is tiny. There are no mosquito nets. Curtains let in light, completely thin rags. From the soap set - one tiny soap. We were there one night.

- the girls at the reception, like the maids, are without uniforms, dressed at home, rarely sit together, in this regard, you have to wait until the guests are registered in front of you. Until the guests are registered in front of you, they will not greet you, as if you are not there, that is, they are not familiar with high-quality service;
- the renovation in the rooms is already old and since it was originally the simplest, it now looks very modest and does not pull at 4 stars in any way. The doors open with an ordinary mechanical key, there is no mosquito net in the windows, so when the windows are open, a large number of insects do not fly at night, there were no light bulbs in some sconces in one room, and the lock in the toilet did not work (they took two rooms, in the second room the light bulbs were in place and the lock worked, so how lucky);
- there are no safes in standard rooms, and upon check-in you will be asked to sign that you are familiar with the rules of accommodation (this is the first time you have encountered such a thing), and the rules say that the administration is not responsible for valuables, but there is a safe at the reception, in which, in accordance with the rules of accommodation, you can place valuables But I don't know exactly how to do it at the reception;
- there is no flexibility in the placement. The request to accommodate children in neighboring rooms was ignored, referring to the fact that tour groups had to stop by, and for some reason it was essential for them to be in neighboring rooms. Moreover, only upon check-in was it reported that it would not be possible to live in one room for two days in a row and on the morning of the second day it would be necessary to move, but in the morning the room was not ready for relocation, they checked out themselves, left their suitcases in the second room. They didn't offer any compliments or discounts for their own joint.
Bottom line: You can live, the service is lame, the price is too high, be prepared for minor flaws.

Or 150 Russian rubles), - I did not buy it in principle. Shower gel is a terrible "deficit", it seems that everything is under strict control, God forbid to wash once again. Well, put a couple of extra strips. For example, one bag is not enough for me. Or put a dispenser on. It's a good decision. I don't even stutter about the lack of a shaving device. As long as I drive, you can always ask if necessary - they give it for free. Here, too, for a fee. We traveled in the summer, spent the night in hostels. So there's tea, coffee, soap, gel - no problem. I also drank both tea bags here on the first evening. They didn't put it on the second night. And the water was not supplied (I also drank a regular bottle on the first evening). And why? You can run to the cooler on the floor. In general, it is not suitable for three stars! Nevertheless, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are quite decent. On a 4-piece solid. There is some variety and the coffee is not bad. In general, you can live, but there is still a sediment (when compared). Well, it's not a hostel after all...

We stayed at the hotel for one night, as part of a group. Located in the city center. Opposite the main square.
Spacious room, two beds, wardrobe, table, kettle, glasses, cups, refrigerator, TV.
Towels for two + one as a mat. Shower.
A bathrobe for rent and slippers for a fee. The windows of our room overlooked the courtyard. It's quiet at night.
Dinner and breakfast were included in the price. It's a very nice restaurant. The music is calm, jazz. Pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast buffet. The variety pleases. Not only delicious, but also aesthetically pleasing. Thank you.

The most unsuccessful hotel in the last few years of our travels around the world.
The only plus is that they let us in with dogs, although with an additional fee, but most importantly, they let us in.
The hotel is very tired, the modern designer obviously did not put his hand to it. The toilet is wobbly, we had a room for three. My daughter was sleeping on a pull-out sofa. It creaked so that I could hear it from the next room.
The administration, the maids are not friendly at all, it feels like you are not in a hotel on vacation, but in some kind of departmental sanatorium under supervision.
I do not recommend it.

The hotel's services do not correspond to the cost. In a Double room for 270 rubles - one foot towel for two guests, disposable slippers - for an additional 5 rubles per person, use of a bathrobe - 10 rubles. The electric kettle is leaking, I had to ask for a replacement. When checking in, the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes, it was difficult to ventilate, since there are not even mosquito nets on the windows. The repair is "tired", the hole in the plastic of the corridor door on the floor is carefully plugged with a cellophane bag, the curtain in the shower cabin in the room has seen a better life. In the foyer of the floor (4th floor in our case) there is no sofa or armchair, the exit to the observation deck is closed. There is not a single outlet in the room next to the mirror, so if you want to shave with an electric razor or style your hair with your styler, you will not be able to do this in the room. An extension cord to reach the mirror from the outlet near the bedside table or under the table is not given by default, they say, it is not allowed. After the request, they promise to bring it within 3 minutes, but, of course, in the end they do not bring anything. There is no breakfast menu in the room. The closed parking lot of the hotel is marked with a "brick" sign with a sign "except for hotel employees", that is, according to traffic regulations, guests cannot enter there, but at the reception they offer to break the law and park there. The restaurant at the hotel is closed - except for breakfast - although the sign indicates a different opening time. Yandex also indicates that this is a 4-star hotel, in fact there are no stars and no corresponding certification.

I would like to add that the top management of the hotel managed to perfectly fit the legacy of the 20th century into a comfortable framework for the traveler - modern elevators, a buffet and a large area of rooms in a harmonious style. I also liked the parking right in front of the hotel, which was a big plus for me. I was in room 402. The room price included breakfast (buffet), two 0.5l bottles of drinking water, tea bags, toiletries (solid soap, gels and shampoos). Why am I writing so positively? Yes, because Grodno is a tourist city and it is difficult to find a hotel here. Plus, compared to the capital's hotels, the price / quality ratio is much higher. Another point is that everything works fine in the room (from hot water and plumbing to a kettle in the room and a hair dryer). Well, there is its own, unique atmosphere of comfort inherent in home hotels. It is quiet enough if the room overlooks the courtyard. Breakfast is a buffet. You will find everything to your taste here. I would say this is a traditional snack option for such breakfast options - continental European. I would come here again. P.S. they settle in quickly, the administrators are clear and positive.

She stayed at the Neman Hotel from 08/16/2024 to 08/18/2024 in a SUITE (cost PER DAY - 390 BEL rubles, equivalent to 120 USD / 110 euros).
Advantages: city center, breakfast.
Cons: dirty bathroom (photo taken on the DAY of ARRIVAL, I went to wash my hands and was horrified - black hair on the sink in several places, streaks near the faucet), rusty shelves in the shower (this is not paint, the shelf is all rough from rust), the outlet did not work, dirty dishes in the locker. The next day, the outlet was repaired. She asked to clean the room, put a dirty spoon from the previous tenants on the sink to be washed. The cleaner just returned it to its place without washing it. There were no slippers in the room, drinking water was left only on the first day, and it was not brought on the second day. The hair dryer works very poorly, it did not work out to dry the hair for 15 minutes. The room does not meet the requirements for a superior room at all. I definitely advise you to avoid the SUITE and take cleaning products for dishes and plumbing with you. Future residents of room 301, wash the dishes BEFORE eating. Take care of your health.

All the hotels in Grodno were full on the weekend and only a couple of rooms were available in the Neman. I liked the very friendly staff. For a room for one night they gave 370 BEL. r. The Windows of the room looked directly onto the square, the view in the morning was just pleasing. The room is clean, but the furniture and interior wants renovation, and there was also a missing trash can in the room. The toilet and bath were clean, there were bathrobes and slippers. The bed and pillows are super soft, the sleep was just like at home!
But there wasn't enough breakfast, so I had to take a little walk. And in general, I was pleased with the hotel, I recommend it👍

The worst hotel in my life! I don't understand where this pigsty gets 5 stars according to reviews.
The hotel is old, the furniture in the rooms is terrible, but the most important thing is the DIRT and the attitude of the administrators.
1. we checked into a room (improved category, for 8200 Russian rubles/ 289 bel. rub per day). the room is dirty, there is dust everywhere, the shower drain was clogged with hair, the water didn't even go away, the toilet was dirty, they just forgot to wash it before our check-in. On the bed, on the supposedly clean linen - someone else's hair!!! We checked in in the evening, so when we went to complain and swear at the reception, the only thing the girl said was "I can't help you now, there's no cleaner, sorry."
We rented 2 rooms, traveled in pairs. The situation was no better in the second issue. There is dust everywhere, the carpet is covered in crumbs, thanks that the pot was clean and there was no hair in the drain. As a result, all 4 people went to the shower in one room)
In both rooms there are traces of insect corpses on the ceiling, the walls are all covered with these corpses. If you don't open the window, the mosquitoes fly in right away.
In the morning, the reaction to our outrage was not comforting, one of the girls apologized, but was not surprised by this situation.
The second receptionist with black hair - with a super unhappy face, twisted her face and looked at us with disdain.
I would like to add about this receptionist separately - they do not work with such a person in the hotel, you repel guests. Be more friendly and simple.
People, please choose another hotel to stay in!!! For that kind of money, there are much better options.
There is not a single advantage to stop here.
Breakfast is so-so, very primitive.

We lived in a hotel with a group of six people. Therefore, it was possible to evaluate three rooms and the hotel as a whole. Everyone liked everything very much! Spacious and clean rooms, delicious buffet breakfast and a very convenient location in the city center. I stayed at this hotel for the second time and if I come to Grodno again (and the city is wonderful), I will stay at the Neman Hotel.
