She lived in a single room from January 07 to January 10, 2026. The room is spacious and clean. The batteries are well heated, there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom, and hot water immediately flows from the faucet. The hotel has an elevator. There is a water cooler in the lobby, but often there was no water in it. There is a kettle, a cup, a tea bag and sugar in the room. There was a 0.5 bottle of water when we checked in. The windows of the room faced the courtyard. One of the advantages: excellent location of the hotel. The Old and New castles are 7-10 minutes on foot, and Sovetskaya pedestrian street is the same distance away, in the other direction. Across the street is the most beautiful church in Grodno and a pharmacy museum. And other attractions within walking distance. One of the disadvantages: in the bathroom, there is a non-closing hatch with pipes on the wall. On the first day, the room was completely cleaned and the bed was made, on the second day, only the bathroom was cleaned, the bed was not made. The biggest disappointment is the food. I ordered breakfast and dinner. The first two mornings, breakfast was a buffet, and the sausages were not delicious. The finished dishes were not immediately brought to the marmites, so I had to ask them to take out the omelet. When asked to bring teaspoons, the breakfast manager said that they were probably at the sink. This is a wonderful comment, but it is completely unnecessary for hotel guests. On the eve of the third morning, the reception desk announced that breakfast would be served tomorrow according to selected dishes, due to the low occupancy rate of the hotel. I chose an omelet dish. At breakfast itself, it turned out that you can drink only one small cup of coffee and in no case the second. Why are there such restrictions? At the same time, they didn't even put a carafe of water. And the dinners didn't work out either. One dish to choose from and a glass of mors. The draniki arrived burnt, the waiter took the dish and left. There was no apology, no suggestion to replace the dish. I had to go to another cafe to have dinner. Wherever I ordered dinners, I was offered a small portion of salad, hot food, bread and a drink to choose from (tea, coffee or fruit drinks). It is a pity that a good restaurant in the city center is idle and not fully operational for hotel guests and for visitors from the street. In general, the hotel is a good place to stay, but there are nuances with the service.

Great hotel! It is located in the very center of Grodno and within walking distance to all attractions. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is comfortable, warm, cleaned every day, there are all cosmetics. The accommodation includes breakfasts and dinners (the breakfasts were portioned one day, and then a buffet). Neman would rate his hotel stay at 10 out of 5. I liked everything: the location in the very center of the city, the size and staffing of the rooms, comfortable beds with snow-white linens, daily replenishment of shower gel, soap and shampoo, cleanliness in the rooms. Entering the room, you feel at home, for which I would like to thank the entire hotel staff from the management to the cleaning staff. Special thanks to the hotel restaurant for the very decent breakfasts and good dinners. And of course, it is impossible not to mention the politeness, cordiality and hospitality of all the staff, it is difficult to single out just one person, there are all very pleasant people who are ready to prompt and help in any matter. This is a feature of the whole of Belarus. I recommend this hotel for both short-term and long-term stays. I will definitely return to magical Grodno and stay in the Neman again.

We spent 4 days (3 nights) at this hotel and really enjoyed everything). Crossing the threshold of the hotel, a very pleasant smell envelops. Which immediately sets you up for positive emotions. We quickly checked in, a nice room (there is a kettle and tea set, a small refrigerator, a TV, a comfortable bed), daily cleaning, everything was replenished, towels were changed. The room is quite large and bright. There is a private parking. The breakfast is very, very tasty (buffet). The coffee from the coffee machine is very tasty. The only wish is that I would like two coffee machines, sometimes there is a crowd of people in front of it. As it is, everything is very good. Another big plus of the hotel is its location, the very center. If we visit Grodno again, we will choose this particular hotel.

Great location in the center. Modern good renovation. Everything is neat and tidy. I was pleased that the room was budget for one, but spacious enough. We had a bit of bad luck with breakfast: the coffee machine broke down, or the girls didn't have time to put out clean plates because of the large number of visitors. But there is a very large selection of buffet dishes and everything is very, very tasty :) Convenient parking both at the back of the hotel and in the city right in front of the entrance. Great friendly staff. Without any problems, they were allowed to leave their belongings for a few hours after departure in order to see the sights light. And they are almost all within walking distance from the hotel.

The streets are clean.

Our price included a breakfast complex with a choice of several options, the choice is offered immediately upon check-in (we did it the night before), it is clear that the breakfast room is equipped with a "Swedish line", but probably when the hotel is not full enough, it is not very cost-effective. In general, it's normal for the morning, we ate enough, but still, at least drinks for breakfast (tea, coffee, water) could be offered to guests without restrictions. And the breakfasts are really sad. There were many dishes missing in the restaurant at 7:30 a.m., the containers were empty (from hot, sliced meat and cheese) and while we were eating, they were not in a hurry to replenish them. There was no black tea for breakfast, there was green tea, black tea with mango and something else. When asked to bring black tea, we were told that it was gone. What, at the hotel for breakfast? By the time the meal was over, the food had arrived, but we had already picked up something. I drank tea in the room, it was black. I can definitely recommend the hotel, if I come again, I will check into it.

Now about the disadvantages, or rather about one that we noticed - the restaurant is too small for the number of guests who were vacationing at that time. Independence Day was celebrated on July 3 and the breakfast time was shifted, no one warned about it. After that, I had to stand in line to sit at an empty table. This is probably the only thing that upset and shifted the plans for the day a little, as it was necessary to leave and the road was planned to be long, the extra hour was expensive. I rate the hotel 5 stars, despite the minor drawback. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back. Thanks!

When asked if it was possible to change the mattress, the nice girls at the reception gave a categorical "no". 2. Low lighting in the room, but many hotels are guilty of this. 3. The refrigerator is weak, almost does not cool, there is no freezer.

The bathroom is terrible in the style of the 2000s. Dental kit is paid, it is included in a separate price list at the reception. I was surprised by something like my grandmother's sideboard with glasses and glasses. A bed is a separate experience, or rather a mattress... when we lay down on it, we could clearly feel the rumpled mattress, hundreds of people sleeping on it before us. I couldn't get enough sleep. Another advantage of the hotel is the store, of which there are not so many in the city. The brasserie listed on the website is not working, they say it is under renovation. There are many tour groups. The car park is located behind the hotel, but there are no signs. Check-in-guess for yourself, it's a minus.

It's not the cheapest option to stay in Grodno, but it's also far from the most expensive. And if you take into account the good service, spacious, clean rooms, all the necessary furniture and toiletries for living, breakfasts and dinners included in the price, and, of course, the ideal location is in the historical center, five minutes from the Neman River, three minutes from the main tourist Sovetskaya street and 8 minutes from the castles.- then, of course, the hotel is worth the money. At first, we booked an apartment, but had to move out on the first day around midnight, faced with poor conditions. Fortunately, the website of the Neman Hotel made it possible to book accommodation promptly. We were well received and five minutes later we were given a room key card. On the hotel's website, you can fully pay for your stay with a bank card, without burdening yourself with the care of withdrawing cash in Belarusian rubles. Summarizing: It's not the cheapest option, but it's reliable, nothing superfluous, everything you need is fresh and decent.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, on a tour of Belarus. We were amazed by the room with three windows (sort of like "standard") It's clean, the bed linen is new, the towels are dilapidated. Bathrobes with slippers are available. The room has a set of dishes, a kettle, and an ironing board. Tea bags, water. The disadvantage is that there is no individual air conditioner. There is some kind of ventilation system, but it was cold and we weren't interested in how it worked. Breakfast is a buffet, so-so. They do not replenish quickly, and there is not a lot of choice.

Nice hotel, in the very center of the city. We got a room on the 3rd floor with a great view. One of the disadvantages is a very scary shower room, it's just uncomfortable to enter it. And there's a scary rubber mat in the corner that's scary to even look at. But maybe it's subjective. On the downside, there are a lot of powders and doors along the hotel corridors - it's not convenient with suitcases and large bags. But in general, everything is clean and tidy.

But, there is one thing - it's the price. The price is too high. There is no price-quality match. If the organization pays for the accommodation, then there are no questions, and if you do it yourself, then of course you can find something cheaper, if possible, of course, in Grodno.
