This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is a real treasure trove: all the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We are especially grateful to the administrator who worked on January 1st.

I tried to have lunch at this institution with the children, because on our last visit to the city we had a pleasant time at the Neman restaurant and had a delicious meal, besides, we were attracted by the presence of mushroom soup on the menu.
To my deep disappointment, the upper restaurant was closed. And this supposedly beer restaurant is not a restaurant, but an inn, at best.
Two tables were occupied in the hall, we and a family with children. It was dark in the hall, as in casimates, some unnecessary races were on TV, at my son's request to turn on the cartoon, as I had to wait a long time for the order, the waiter refused, saying that there were only races. There is no customer orientation in the restaurant.
Food is generally a separate genre of the local epic. We ordered pancakes and mushroom soup.
The mushroom soup was just disgusting, sour, and did not even have the smell of mushrooms at all. The children could not eat it, because the sour soup was also flavored with sour sour cream. Well, to put it mildly, for an amateur dish. To my question about the acid of mushroom soup, the waiter replied that it was chowder, supposedly chowder and should not be tasty. I was assured that the soup was fresh, but my children did not eat it.
The pancakes were delicious, but the declared meat had to be found in an abundance of gravy with lumps. Yes, and I would call them "dranichki", thin and small, there were six of them in total. As a result, I was forced to order another portion of these pancakes so that the children could eat, of course, this cannot be called a full meal in a restaurant.
Some dishes from the menu were missing. The check for three nauseating soups and two portions of pancakes amounted to almost 100 rubles.
In general, I highly recommend this place for eating, maybe a beer with friends to drink under the race and it's okay. It's better to go to the canteen, at least you'll be full there. And this is the Neman restaurant?! The bottom.
