Increases the limit if necessary. At the end, you pay / pay extra or take away the unspent. There are 20 taps of beer. Mostly local. It's quite tasty. Plus there is a tap with wine, liqueur and, like, whiskey. But I'm not sure. The prices are slightly higher than in other places that I visited in Minsk. The audience is intelligent. It's quiet enough, there's no loud music. A place to enjoy a drink and a conversation.
