We ordered ice cream for dessert, brought it first, asked to pick it up and serve it for dessert, after all the dishes, they put it in the freezer and brought it with streaks of frozen ice. The only advantage of the place is that it has a nightclub and a view of the river. That's it!

Waiting for dishes after ordering from 40 minutes, dessert (ice cream) the child was served before the main dishes, they made a remark and asked to remove the ice cream, the dishes were not brought to the guests at the same time, salads were brought to the adults, the child waited for French fries for 58 minutes, he had to not eat and wait for them to be brought to him. When the guests are washing the floor, despite the fact that people are eating, a knife for steak was served with a wooden handle, the handle is cracked, as if this knife was used to peel vegetables in the meat shop. The pasta is undercooked!!!!! Bread was ordered , brought after serving hot dishes , and then after being reminded. The woman who cleans the premises constantly walks with a mop and detergents in front of the guests. In short, it is not pleasant to feel a disregard for a guest. When I was reminded of the dessert - ice cream with fruits, they brought the same portion that was served an hour and forty minutes ago, it turned out that this portion with sliced fruits was open in the freezer, the fruits were iced!!!!! Most likely, this is the second but last time we visited this place. By the way, we were passing through Gomel and spent a long time choosing where to have dinner, but apparently we shouldn't have stopped at this place.

We went in with my wife, daughter-in-law and grandchildren to have a snack, although it was Independence Day, but there were practically no people. On the second floor, on the summer veranda, the division into "worthy" and "not worthy" immediately caught my eye, that is, tables with VIP signs and tables without them, the difference being that tables with VIP signs were covered with tablecloths and cutlery was on them. We sat down at an ordinary table, a meter away from us, an official from a stool was trying to remove cobwebs from the ceiling trusses with pipidaster. The sensations are twofold. The officials, most likely students on vacation, apparently received a brief but confident briefing. The menu arrived, and we ordered. Food was brought to the kids, and we expected an adult to arrive in a few minutes. We made a mistake, our order was served in about 20 minutes. The situation is lame, the children ate and the table ceased to interest them, but food was brought to us. It seems like I want to eat and I need to look after the little ones. There is absolutely no understanding that a child's order should be brought along with an adult. The officials are completely unaware of the situation in the kitchen, several times the girl ran away to find out about the availability of dishes (they are present on the menu). Well, that's how it is. They seem to be trying, but somehow everything is lopsided.

There are no words about the kitchen at all - chef Sergey is just a master of his craft. All the dishes are delicious, varied and original. The waiters are great too, the service is great. We had a rest with a women's company, a corporate party, on a weekday (Thursday). There was a program, contests, and a disco. I really liked the DJ and the presenter. The music was modern, with a good sound, matched to the band. The table was excellent, interesting serving of dishes, decoration of the table and the whole hall. The service was also very pleasant and good. The waiters reacted quickly to any request, everything was instantly resolved and served, the work of the team was coordinated!!! Thank you for the time of transmission. I definitely recommend this place as a club and as a restaurant. There's karaoke in the other room, unfortunately we didn't get in, but there will be a reason to come back. Thank you for a pleasant evening!

It used to be better! Karaoke moved to the 2nd floor, one poor 40" screen (the second 32" and some kind of blue). We ordered a table, with prepayment, ordered food for 500+rubles. At the same time, no one warns that in order to sing songs you need to pay 20p per song. OK, we paid for the songs, and at some point, our queue became endless... It turns out that you can pay 50p and you are out of the queue of those who pay 20p. I'm already silent about the food orders, half of the pre-orders are missing somewhere, like they weren't ordered... Anyway, we've sunk to the bottom. Today, all four of us wrote an appeal to MARCH and the City Executive Committee , as well as an appeal to the Tax Service about the fact that they did not issue a check at the entrance . It's time to end this circus that happens every weekend with typically idle terminals. The establishment has turned into a place where you can either give cash or not go through , and this is the city center , a place of public catering where you are provided with a consumer service . We are waiting for feedback from the Nemo administration. I think we'll come personally one of these days and write a written complaint to the institution itself .

They brought noodles with mini boogers called shrimp, again a mess. I ordered just ready-made shrimp on the recommendation of the waiter. They brought a plate with 7 boogers and a full plate of salad. As they say, eat grass for 18p. I forgot to add the shrimp were still missing. We ordered croutons with beer, another game. They were cooked in a rancid place, and then they lay around for a day somewhere. So if you want to eat, try to avoid this place. Unless of course you are enemies of your health))
