We were there a couple of times, the girl offered to go there, like it's cool there. Everything seemed to be fine until the band started playing. I'm a sound engineer myself and I saw that this band is playing and no one is rebuilding them in the process. Then the disco started, the sound is terrible (apparently no one knows how to rebuild it there) and I realized that a DJ is a sound, as it turned out, although he doesn't make a sound, how can you score on a band and when asked about it later, he replied that he didn't care and he didn't know much how to work with live bands. I would have been kicked out of my job in Minsk right away for this. It also seemed that this pot-bellied DJ included specially bad tracks so that he would be paid for ordering normal tracks, it turned out after talking with him that this was the case. We went to karaoke, the girl wanted to sing, well, there are no normal words except for the mat. There's probably a guy who doesn't know how to work with microphones and sound in general. It is strange that in such a seemingly decent and pretentious institution such unprofessional and arrogant types of sound workers work. In Minsk, colleagues laughed after telling about it.
I also forgot, an impudent man is sitting at the entrance, apparently the head of security, the impression was that he was the owner of the establishment.

I liked the kitchen. Music is not. The lead singer of the cover band did not sing very well, to put it mildly.
The halls are packed with visitors on the principle of charter flights, i.e. seats were crammed into the plane, but comfort is out of the question. But this is a restaurant, not an airplane😉

One of the few places in Gomel where you can spend the evening and night. The kitchen is quite good. The prices are not sky-high. Sometimes a contingent visits doubtful, but the institution is not to blame for this. In the warmer months, there is also karaoke on the terrace.

The repair did not save Nemo from the same problems that were before. There is too much pathos out of nothing. The guards think of themselves as at least the management of the restaurant, especially the head of security, and he has been working there for many, many years. There is no administrator in place, we need to look and wait. The raw meat was not changed, the waitress returned it with the words from the chef "it's not undercooked, it's just pink." So many people are allowed into the institution that there are no places on the dance floor, it is difficult to go, i.e. the thirst for profit does its job. You can't dance on the corner balcony above the dance floor near the table where we were sitting, because the balcony may collapse, according to a restaurant employee. Forgive me, but the price category of the establishment should correspond to the level of comfort! I won't go and I won't advise others.

The unfriendly receptionist, the feeling that we are to blame for coming to the institution, and she has to pay attention to the guests. The waiters are nice, but not experienced, not trained. The staff at the entrance does not greet, does not say goodbye.
People come to the restaurant not just for food, but also for the mood and atmosphere. Tell these basics to your staff, motivate them to work better. Calculate the number of cooks and waiters at banquets correctly - people "in soap" should not serve.
I wish to correct all these points.

The hall is sooo stuffy, there is no entrance door - it is torn out with hinges, the cubicles in the women's toilet do not close. There is no desire to visit this institution again.

A small New Year's menu, in which half of the dishes were missing. And the ones that were brought were none..Cesario's gas station is disgusting.The potato slices did not crackle, they seemed to have been warmed up for the third time. Etc..Special thanks for the garlic buns, they are great!!! A baker's prize!! What can I say about the music, two dancing, four slow ones did not contribute to a good dancing mood. Well, in general, it seems that the DJ was in the mood to "lie down and cry." I hope it's not always like that. The hall is clean, the waiters are nimble, the guards were constantly vigilant.And hookahs!! They smoked them in the common room. It was not pleasant for non-smokers. In general, the owners of this place need to think about how to make this place "tasty". Since the points of attraction of the guests are good cuisine and good music, and this evening there was neither one nor the other! It's a pity, but the place is great!!
