Love love love the gym
I've been a member of Neo Gym for a while now, and I have to say, it’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. They do a great job of keeping the equipment fresh by regularly upgrading and adding new machines, which really makes a difference in my workout experience. The layout of the gym is also well thought out, everything is placed in a way that makes it easy to move around and access whatever equipment you need without feeling cramped. The space itself is spacious and modern, with a clean and tidy environment that’s always well-maintained. I really appreciate how the gym focuses on tidiness, making sure the floors are spotless and all the equipment is cleaned regularly.
The trainers at Neo Gym are extremely friendly and are professionals. I regularly go on Monday, wednesday and friday, but I have been there other days as well and it’s been fine again. They’re knowledgeable and always willing to help, very polite and respectful, even when I was complaining a lot at first as a beginner.
Another thing I like is that the managment listens to the customers. If you have any suggestions or feedback, they’re always open to hearing it and often make improvements based on what members want. I personally once suggested to add sth for the bathroom and after 3 days my request was taken and done. It was lovely.
They have added several new LOCKERS (this for those who have complained in the reviews), and a second floor for group trainings, another area for boxing and massage area(done by a proffesional).
There is also a SAUNA, which works on friday, saturday and sunday

One of the best Gyms (not sport complex) in Yerevan. Always clean, equipment is almost new (they change old ones). Staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the best gyms i have ever been to. New equipment, lots of space, can pay for visits, morning time is cheaper. Sauna is really hot (but works only from Friday to Sunday.

“A wonderful gym! There is a spacious room, a lot of different exercise equipment, and even during rush hours you can always find a free place to train. I really liked the work of the staff — polite administrators and professional coaches who are always ready to prompt or help. A nice bonus is clean changing rooms and showers, as well as a cozy relaxation area. You feel comfortable and motivated here. The best place to train!”

Excellent room in terms of price-quality ratio. Cozy, friendly staff. I brought it here from Orange and didn't regret a bit. There is no swimming pool or gym for practicing with a ball, but for me personally it does not matter much, since I mainly do strength training.

I've been walking here for a month and I won't come back. Firstly, there is a fragrance in the cardio zone, it emits a terrible smell. It would be better to stink afterwards than the smell of some kind of chemical freshener. You work out on an exercise bike, and then your nose dries up from this smell and gets stuffed with blood. The simulators are new and in good condition. But still there are none that I used in another rocking chair, which I will return to.
The locker room is very cramped, it is impossible to change clothes there if at least two people are there. Among the advantages are decent showers, the hall is clean and tidy. There are posters everywhere that the entrance is only 16+, but in fact there are children there. Plus, you often see such a scene: the coach who works there gives massages to his clients. It seems to me that this is inappropriate and, in general, the vibe of this place is unpleasant. The staff is very friendly. The prices are certainly skyrocketing. But in general, you may like it here, plus a very beautiful stylish interior and there is a bar with sports nutrition and drinks.

I've been going to this gym for 2 months, I like everything in general, except for two things:
1. Very poor ventilation in the cardio area, there is literally nothing that would bring fresh air. In the 30+ heat of Yerevan, windows are sometimes opened (which only aggravates the situation). It gets bad on the track regularly from short distances, it's just unbearable stuffiness. My boyfriend is a runner in this gym, he only goes to the gym area, it seems easier to breathe there.
2. Terribly uncomfortable women's locker room. If there are three or four people there, it's already crowded. And if your lockers are nearby, then do not miss each other and do not change clothes normally + it is also very stuffy in the locker room itself.

The gym is worth the money, it has everything a beginner and advanced athlete needs, and very cool equipment

The coaches are professionals and good people, everything is very good, but the only disadvantage is that the place is not very convenient. If it were somewhere in the center, it would be cool.

A cool, cozy room, excellent for its price. It's bright, there are many large windows and a good supply of fresh air. The only drawback is that the locker rooms are cramped :(

I really like the hall (for understanding, I go to it from the Erebuni district - it's so worth it).
It is very clean, new various simulators, air conditioners are working and there is no stuffiness at all. The staff speaks Russian and always goes to a meeting, helps with any questions!
There is a sauna in the women's dressing room (I won't speak for the men's, I haven't been there), which is open Fri, Sat, Sun.
A good shower, lockers, stylish room design and all this at a super reasonable price for Yerevan.
Among the improvements, I would add deodorants, maybe hair bands in the women's locker room, it would be very useful.
And I highly recommend the gym!

A healthy hall! I liked that it is local, not too ‘popular’ in the good sense of the word, there is a comfortable number of students, there are no queues, a large number of simulators and really good ventilation. And very nice staff, for that special thanks! And the fact that in general 4 minutes from home such a find is happiness)

Unfortunately, over the past six months, the gym has deteriorated dramatically and it has become almost impossible to practice in it. The reason is the complete absence of any ventilation. The locker room is hot and stuffy like in a sauna, and the ventilation function is performed by a trash can, which does not allow the door to the locker room to close completely. There is the same problem in the hall itself – there is simply nothing to breathe, even when there are few people. Moreover, the problem is constant and has not been solved in any way for many months – I went in the morning, in the afternoon, on weekdays, and on weekends. Just today, when I was with several people, they opened the windows and stood between the approaches and breathed fresh air.

I took a subscription only because of the sauna! I came several times, the sauna is turned off. Not only does it only work for one day in the summer, it is disabled🤦🏻♀️
