It was necessary to paint a concrete pool of ± 16 cubic meters. volume, the company (hereinafter referred to as the contractor) recommended "waterproofing paint for the pool" by Neochim pr. Kazakhstan. The amount of repair of the pool cost 422,000 tenge along with the material, the contractor immediately announced that he would not buy the paint, pay for it yourself – if there are problems with the paint, you will be able to resolve the issue with Neochim about compensation. I have officially paid 100,000 tenge, for 40 kg., there is a fiscal e-check. It took a week to prepare the pool, they painted it, waited a week for everything to dry out. After filling with water a day later, there was no ± 2-3 cubic meters of water in the pool. The director of Neochim, Pavel Valeryevich, refused to refund the money for the paint and any compensation at all. But through the contractor, he offered 20 kg., free liquid rubber to cover it over the paint. The payment for the work to the contractor is mine, only rubber is a "gift", I also need to buy waterproofing paint for aesthetics. I lowered the pool to dry, and there was an "indescribable delight", paint blisters from the floor and all over the walls for half a meter, and this in just 4 days in the water! Total: the amount of 422,000 tenge only for decoration is a waste, it is very expensive, the paint is decorative, not waterproofing. Do not fall for the deception that it is quality, certificates, etc. all lies! Avoid the products of this company.
