It was done relatively quickly. They only had a hair dryer for three days, and in conclusion they wrote one. The duration of the warranty extension depends on this. Plus, the cord was 1.8 m (one of the points why I chose this model), and after replacing it, it became 1.5 m. I found it at home when I started using it. I realized right away that it was shorter. I tried it on, it turned out to be 30 cm shorter. I had no desire to go back to them and stay for a few days without a hair dryer, but it became not very convenient to use it. It is not nice to somehow change the characteristics of the device during warranty service and not even notify the consumer about it.
